The company itself is great but the company they use to deliver the goods is absolute rubbish. They cane to deliver and take away old washing machine and they were very rude and did not take old washing machine. This is not the first time they let me down as on previous purchases they delivered damaged goods.

I took a day off work to receive my fridge freezer. No delivery but I received messages to say the delivery has been rescheduled for today. Not much good to me. No way to contact the courier and no proactive help when I contacted appliances direct.

I was very disappointed and annoyed as I had paid the extra £15 for my appliance to be set up and unpacked for me to check it was in the right condition. However they only put it in the place I requested and no unpacking took place, therefore packaging was not taken away.

I paid extra to have the cooker put into a room of my choice and all packing removed and taken away - the cooker is in the garage still wrapped because it would not fit through the kitchen door with the packing on! Not only that but the delivery guys damaged our new neighbour's tree leaving two large branches in the road. I just hope the cooker is good when I unwrap!!

Deliverer left purchase on front door step even though I was in. There is a bell and it works, but was not used. Door step is visible from street, so not very clever.

I payed to pick what day I wanted my product delivered. Stayed in all day. And no notice that it was not getting delivered on that day requested. So ended up waisting 2 days. Not happy. .

Delivery quick and piece great . However not easy to return . You ha w to request a return and a small radiator which only cost £45 cost me £12 to return . Not pleased at all .

Sadly I received a warranty card and instruction manual for a tumble dryer 😭 I emailed and asked for the correct info and was told there was none available?

your company are fantastic but this extractor fan looks great but when it is switched on from low speed to the high speed is so noisy its unbearable , what do i do to teturn and pick another that isnt like an aircraft taking off . NOT YOUR COMPANys fault but i hope we can return the unit or someone come out and listen

Price- good Delivery- poor I paid extra to get it delivered on the Saturday which it came on time etc, but I live in an upstairs flat and the delivery refused to take it up the stairs for me and just left in the main doorway. They said because of Covid they couldn’t do it. But if I were to have paid for someone to connect it they would’ve been allowed to come in. The attitude from one of the workers was poor and arrogant. I was left to get the washing machine up the stairs on my own

Hounded by ‘sales staff’ they ring you up and tell you that they want to go through the warranty and delivery. Errrrr NO! I know about the delivery I booked and paid extra for it. Even if you say no you don’t want the extended warranty - you are bombarded with emails trying to sell you it. The delivery was fine. Dumped just inside the front door. They said that they couldn’t bring it in as it was company policy due to Covid that they couldn’t. Yet they mentioned that they are expected to do installs (which is an astronomical amount btw) Strange how they wouldn’t deliver the fridge freezer into my property and yet, 3 weeks ago they delivered a washing machine straight into my kitchen.

Delivery was really good; on time and friendly. After 1 day, the product (coffee machine) broke down which can happen I understand; disappointing, but not Appliance Direct's fault. However, what was really disappointing was that the customer helpline refused to either process a replacement or give a refund in full claiming that, as soon as the product leaves them, it comes under the manufacturer's warranty. This is untrue as is clear under the Consumer Act 2015 as I repeatedly pointed out to them. Oddly, they emailed the manufacturer to fix the machine - they gave them short shrift and said it's their responsibility; quite rightly. I have now had an email from Appliances Direct confirming my entitlement to a refund. They are picking the machine up in a few days time so let's see how long that refund takes to get to me. I'll be back to report on it.

Ordered several items,oven,hob, fridge freezer and sink,all ok except pan stands for hob were damaged on arrival,replaced quickly however new items both arrived damaged and I have had poor customer service since. Been offered £10 refund or £15 credit if I keep the damaged ones and after refusing and just wanting new undamaged ones I have been asked to confirm the part number, surely the company should know there own product numbers!

Sent me a hood with a rear vent, which turns out to have unwanted features NOT mentioned in the listing (rear vent is rectangular, not round! and also has an opening for a top vent) I contacted them to say the item description did NOT mention the rear vent was rectangular therefore I wanted an adaptor and also I needed to cap off the top vent, they advised they do not sell parts to resolve these unwanted features,so I would have to pay my own delivery costs to send it back to them. The item description on their website was incorrect or else i would not have bought this product.

Our order, which included all the white goods for a recent kitchen renovation did not arrive on the confirmed delivery date, despite making sure that the sales rep understood that the date was critical, as without them we would not be able to move back into our home. I logged in to my account to find they have delayed the date by 11 days but not made contact to let us know. In the meantime we have received multiple automated emails - just none that conveyed the critical information! Awaiting a call from the service team with an explanation but now without a fridge, freezer etc for 10 days with three infants.

the delivery driver lied . saying my old appliances would be collected. They never were. Will not be using Appliances direct again.

No problem with your service & dealing with my delivery problem with an explanation , However this item ( 40771166 ) has still not been deliverd from ordering it on 30/12 2020 . It may be a good idea to warm customers outside the UK of Custome delays causing late delivery times. Many thanks . Peter Yates.
