Dishwasher is fantastic and works as it should. What really them down was the couriers who they used to deliver and install the item....... They looked for every excuse not to take the old one, but I insisted as it was a job that I had paid for and had to prove, that I had paid for it. I also had to ask the delivery driver not to drag the Appliance on my floor, as it will scratch.... They could not install the item, as they had not been trained and said it was his boss fault as they had not been put on the training then basically told me that's what Google is for..... despite paying and pre-booking this service I am more than cable of installing a dishwasher, I was just pressed for time. They informed me that customer services would contact me to arrange a refund. Information from courier company was to contact Appliances Direct?????? Which I already knew........A refund was obtained from Appliance Direct very swiftly..... My advice would to be review your contract with your courier and install services as they let you down big time.

THE DELIVER LET THEM DOWN , A TATTY RED VAN TURNED UP , SOUNDED LIKE A TANK. A YOUNG SLIM LADY WITH VERY LIMITED ENGLISH IN FORMED ME I HAD TO GET THE LARGE BOX OFF THE VAN , SHE COULD NOT BRING IT TO THE DOOR , I AM ILL WITH CFS/ME I COULD NOT GET IT, SHE PULLED THE BIG HEAVY BOX OUT OF THE VAN , IT MUST HAVE BOUNCED WHEN IT HIT THE ROAD BUT I DID NOT SEE THAT. SO SHE LEFT THE BOX IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD ON THE WHITE LINE . I HAD TO FIND A SMALL TROLLY AND TAKE IT IN TO HOME , THIS ADVERSELY AFFECTED MY HEALTH . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AS I PAID FOR NEXT DAY

Website easy to navigate and delivery was spot on. Good deal for the price I paid for the portable AC unit. But I have a issue with the product itself, making too much knocking noise very often from the second day. Let’s see how it goes with the replacement or fixing it.

The air con unit works great and cools the room lovely, however the delivery company they use dpd is appalling delivery between 2 and 3.30 (est) , at 6.40 I had a text said I wasn’t I. Despite being sat at my home office desk which is facing the street! Photo was of the drivers finger over the camera and conveniently the customer service shut at 6.30 So I wasted whole afternoon and no one to contact - purpose of what’s app is to contact nope that is out after 6.30, even the bloody chat bot which they can configure closes at 6.30 Therefore despite the appliance being fine would I buy from here again - no not unless they changed delivery companies

A good reliable product. But I asked for delivery on a set day as I was away on holiday. Unfortunately they decided to deliver the day before, I couldn't get through on the phone until the new day of delivery. This meant I had to cut my holiday shorter than planned to be back in time. Happy with the product, happy with the delivery men, not happy that the delivery date was moved.

You say in product description it comes with 4x20m cables when in fact it is 4x15m cables more then disappointing as I needed 20m cables? As to rest of quality not sure yet as yet to connect it up.

Delivery was really annoying as you had to be in to receive it and there was NO other option offered, no leave with a neighbour or collect from a depot or anything. And you couldn't chose a time for delivery, just a day. If I had know I would have ordered it from somewhere else. Everything else was OK.

Item arrived on time as described excellent. Absolutely not excellent is the convoluted nightmare of dial this if you want this, that if you want that in an attempt to get through worse than BT or Barclays Bank which is saying something. Chat line also asks for an 8 digit no. which a new customer does not have! Useless. Very finally got through to a pleasant lady who was able to help but would hesitate to ring again.

The devices I ordered were delivered 2 days before initial delivery date. I have not checked them yet. The problem I have is that the delivery driver was on her own and the oven was very heavy.I could not help because I am end stage heart failure and was home alone. Megan, the driver was really struggling but eventually managed. I would like to commend the driver Megan for her patience, politeness and downright hard work she showed.

Although delivery was arranged for the 24.1.22, as we were away from home for the previous 3 days, the package was delivered (by Amazon?) on the 22nd and left on our doorstep until we returned home on the 23rd.

The website said the item was in stock and delivery from tomorrow. I was then told that delivery at most would be 11 days. It was finally delivered in 14 days. However, once I received email notification of delivery, it happened as notified. The product is good, but (and reinforced by other reviewers with similar experiences) the website seems to tell porkies about availability and delivery timescales.

Generally fine but when we placed the order for a dishwasher we agreed to collect from their depot because we could select a date only a few days later at the weekend. However, that day came and went and still no confirmation. The web site then said, collection date likley to be the following Thursday. However, still no confirmation until early evening on the Thursday saying it was ready to collect from the Friday. So, we picked it up on the Saturday a week after the original date when we placed the order. When we did collect, it was an efficient process and the only staff member on duty was extremely helpful and efficient. So, we would order from them again but we would accept pick up dates with a pinch of salt.

Quick delivery. Paid for disposal, disconnection and connection of washer. They were an hour late arriving after phoning to say what time they’d be there. No apology. Asked if washer had been disconnected, not friendly at all, moaned all the time they were there. Didn’t want to be there obv. Were reluctant to move the fridge to get the drain pipe back in place. Absolute rubbish and will be making a claim back as my husband had to do most of the work.

I’ve got mixed feelings about my recent purchase from Appliances Direct. I bought a top rated record player. The price was good. I was notified delivery would be on the Wednesday. It arrived a day ahead of schedule. That would have been good if the delivery company hadn’t left it outside my back door in the rain. The large sticky address label had been stuck directly onto the record player box, with no additional protective packing or covering around the box. All of that is not good because I bought the record player to give as a gift.

I ordered a hood from appliance direct grade A and the details stated it would be repackaged completely and had just been opened. However it has minor scratches to it and the package was ripped open.

Your driver did not follow the instructions given for delivery. He/she left the package at the front gate instead of in the front porch. Delivered on time though. But please pay attention to instructions.

The add on's were much more expensive than normal. ( Delivery, connect, disconnect and remove old machine) I was willing to put up with this, except they didn't fit the new machine as they said they couldn't get the water pipe through the existing hole in a cupboard. We managed to do it after they had gone. Feel as though I have paid for a service I didn't receive.

Only one driver disabled husband had to use our own walk up truck to get machine up four steps into house.Driver said we should have told AD about access!! I was not asked at time of purchase.
