Item not delivered on date due still waiting due Friday already taken 1 day off work now another have lost more in earnings than the washing machine costs

Ordered a dishwasher with removal of previous dishwasher and installation of new. On arrival, the team that arrived didn't know what they were meant to do (uninstall and take away old). They looked at the existing and said they would have to send the integration team out and that I would have to call customer services. After a long hold with customer services, they sent someone out the next day. They again didn't know why they had been sent. They looked at the existing Fisher & Paykel dishwasher and said they didn't know how to uninstall it. Fisher & Paykel are available on Appliances Direct. I had to call customer services again and approximate waiting and call completion time is about 30 minutes. They then sent someone 3 days later, who uninstalled the existing dishwasher but didn't have the relevant part to complete the installation - the asked me to order it from Amazon. I ordered it and called customer services to book in installation completion but didn't receive a confirmation email. Called them again today and discovered they hadn't booked it in! No apologies or compensation offered. They can only now on the 17th which is 17 days after the dishwasher arrived. No apologies or compensation offered by customer services. I've asked them to take away the dishwasher. I would recommend paying slightly more and actually having good service.

great refund policy which differentiates it from other suppliers such as AO, purchased a dehumidifier and found it wasn’t needed in the end. Appliances Direct arranged for a full refund. Would use again other others.

Faultless service in all Departments, but I shall not use is purely for the courier choice.The courier company said there was no one at home, but I had the electric gates open and there is nothing on my CCTV recordings.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Despite their website claiming that they install appliances within 5 days - I bought an oven and hob a month ago and I am still waiting for my hob! There is zero communication from them and every time you email or phone them to find out a date for installation, they fob you off with a fictitious date for installation which never happens and they never actually tell you what’s happening. I have now had to resort to having the hob delivered to my home and trying to find an emergency electrician a week before Christmas to fit it - and this is IF they actually send me the hob. Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I’m actually annoyed that I have to give them one star when they clearly deserve no stars whatsoever. Dreadful, dreadful company who don’t care whatsoever about letting customers down or customer service in general.

Took 8 days for an item stated as in stock three different collection dates contacted on line 4 attempts to get any success.product was fine and eventual pick up hassle free

Appliances Direct Staff are amazing, they were there to help with everything all along the way. I had a question regarding the extended warranty and this was dealt with efficiently. The items I purchased were a competitive price so I was well pleased. The delivery was two hours early which did provide my son with a slight problem. He had his hands full with a sick baby and a toddler at the time and I was on my way to assist him. No phone call to let us know they were going to be early. The delivery guys were quick to drop and run. I had paid extra to have them fit the drier but they just dropped it in the outhouse, took the packaging and disappeared. I put it in place and plugged it in. It worked perfectly, so no problem there. Full marks to Appliances direct but the delivery service used was not up to their standards.

Would not recommend as I have had either a failed delivery or broken oven delivered on 3 occasions. I am still waiting for either a working oven or a refund 14 days later even though I have made multiple complaints. Quick delivery. Paid for disposal, disconnection and connection of washer. They were an hour late arriving after phoning to say what time they’d be there. No apology. Asked if washer had been disconnected, not friendly at all, moaned all the time they were there. Didn’t want to be there obv. Were reluctant to move the fridge to get the drain pipe back in place. Absolute rubbish and will be making a claim back as my husband had to do most of the work.

The tumble dryer is excellent. However, despite paying for an uplift for my old kid didn’t happen. Do not use this company as the service isn’t up to scratch.

Helpful employee with telephone enquiry regarding induction hob on Rangemaster oven. Difficulty nationwide on stock issues with this particular product but AD had several in stock Prompt next day delivery had I wished for. However, I needed to make delivery arrangements at home so opted for three working days notice. Good communication throughout with delivery window of 2hrs notified the day before and texts to say when would be with us. Most efficient all round. No hiccups. And charming lady who answered the telephone when I first enquired. Bingo!

My cooker arrived severely damaged. Delivery men were fabulous, took photos to verify and told me to ring customer services. Customer service were very helpful, arranged a replacement straight away which was delivered 3 days later.

I bought a very competitively-priced replacement CCTV DVR/Controller for my home system as my old one had failed (or so I thought). I thought I also had a fault with the new one I'd bought but after contacting the lads (Jayson & Keelan) in AD's CS Tech dept who were very prompt in their replies and sound in their advice, I found that the power supply to my old machine had been the problem all along. So now I have 2 x CCTV controllers but at least I'll know what to check if I have a similar problem in the future. Well done AD's Tech Support!
