“I am pleased with the appliance, thou I was upset that the delivery company could not deliver on the agreed date, as I had to cancel an appointment to be here. It did come a week later and I did appreciate getting the delivery fee returned. I had expected it to be fitted and the old one taken away as I really thought I had signed up for that. But I guess I didn't pay for it. otherwise, I am pleased with the service I received via the phone from you. thank you. Juliette Nelson”

“Appliance is great but the shelf I ordered came damage and I was told to use a premium phone number to report the fault, this would cost more than the shelf, I complained but no solution 😥”

“Great place to save about 50% on wide range of scratch/dent appliances but save yourself the guaranteed hassle and handle the pick-up yourself. Their delivery service, that charges $50, is the most unprofessional, unreliable, and inexperienced group of monkeys delivering anything I've ever met. Complete Shxxt show! Save some money on appliances but borrow a friend's truck and pick your stuff up yourself. I would rent a small Uhaul for $20-$50 if I did not have a truck of my own to do this before giving their delivery crew another dime or minute of my time.”

“Bought a Meaco dehumidifier at a good price on-line for collection in store, but with some hassle. Their website stated that it would be ready for collection on 3rd Jan but it wasn't. I had to do an on-line chat to speed things up but when I asked a further question the chat was ended by the person from Appliances Direct. I eventually got an email from them in the afternoon of the 4th that I could collect it, which I did. However the man at the desk was rushed and a bit abrupt. Overall not a pleasant experience and will not buy anything from them again.”

“Waited 2.5 weeks for this excellent fridge's expected delivery date to be told the day before expected delivery the date had changed meaning waiting 2 more weeks. Had to contact customer services to find out why as this was not communicated. Very poor. Delivery team weere fab and it arrived on the second due date.”

“The positives were great price and quick delivery! However the downside is that my purchase was a Christmas gift and it came delivered in the original packaging with the details of the item detailed all over the box and it was my husband who saw it first! Really poor - emailed customer services but no one acknowledged issue”
