There was a hiccup in that the original delivery date for my order was delayed by a week, although I was kept informed by Appliances Direct. The induction hob was very poorly packaged - the carton wasn't sealed and was torn and had partially come open. The DPD driver was great and waited patiently while I removed the hob and checked for damage. Fortunately it appeared to be ok.

Bought cooker , uplift of old cooker and fitting new one. Was told would be done with 5 days. Received email confirming the 28th. Called on the 28th as hadnt received any calls. Was told it was definetly coming. Cooker never arrived. No call anything. Called next day, was told somebody would call me back in 3 hours. Nobody called. Spoke to someone after calling back to be told cooker was going to be 14 days. Asked to cancel order as i would like to feed my family at some point. Was told they need to get the cooker back before they can refund me . I do not know where this cooker is . Really disappointed.

You handled my problems OK. The only problem I had was, I had to return both microwaves before you would send replacements. This was done very speedily, but did delay me getting the microwaves. I thought delivery on part would have been more economical if you could have picked up the damaged microwaves when delivering a replacement. And quicker for me.

I ordered my TV on a Friday, got a few emails once registered and ordered with details of the delivery. TV got delivered on the Monday, a day early. Great service and a great price too!

I purchased a fridge freezer i had it on next day delivery there was a problem with the company delivering ,appliances direct acted really quickly to help sort the issue out there customer service was really outstanding

You lied to me about no cost to deliver within the 10 miles from store, the coil would not be charged go replace if mine was good(it was) a d told that I had a top notch 're 've with self cleaning, I have tried for months to get some help with the lies and service . Finally 5 months after purchase I get a hold of someo e that is suppose to help me, I was told that they always charge for delivery and ones you pay for it, too BAD,,! It is yours, I got screwed by APPLIANCE DIRECT, the manager told me( have a good day, it's your problem) let's see this posted for other poor people to see so they don't get screwed

Absolutely Disgusting service from Aircon Direct! Before I placed the order they kept on chasing me to get the sale done and take payment. The air conditioner itself was not a bad price, but adding installation will cost around four times more. So I have paid an absolute fortune for installation, but the service I received was appalling to say the least. They asked me for photos of where I want to install the unit. I sent it to them straight away. I was told that I will receive the unit between 3-5 working days. I’m the mean time I had a technical question about the power supply they wanted me to install. No one bothered to answer me. When the unit didn’t arrive with in the discussed time frame I contacted them to find out what’s going on .After 2 weeks waiting I was told that they can’t install the unit where I want it. No one bothered to contact me to ask for an alternative. After I dealt with that they finally sent the unit out. They then kept on changing the installation dates and giving me the wrong information. They finally booked the installation 3 weeks after I made the purchase. The engineer turned up an hour late and told me on arrival that he’s not going to finish the job that day because he’s got other things to do… At 4pm he packed up his tools and left without completing the job. He told me he will come back on Saturday to finish. Obviously at this stage I am quite frustrated, but left it at that. He came back on Saturday for 2 hours and tells me that he’s not going to finish that day because he has got other things to do. I told him about all the issues I’ve had with the order, but he couldn’t care less. He told me I can complain to the company if I want. He then said he’ll be back on Tuesday. I asked him why he can’t come back on Monday at least. He just dismissed me and told me he’ll be back on Tuesday. This company really know how to annoy their customers. I have already made a formal complaint for not processing my order after I’ve paid, kept changing the dates and ignoring me emails. I then made ANOTHER formal complaint about the absolute disaster of an installation. Here I am, 3 weeks later, thousands out of pocket with an air conditioner that is still not installed. This company can’t be trusted and I will never buy from them again. Absolute Joke!

I ordered an air con last year. He stopped working this year, before the 1 year warranty ran out. I phoned and explained and they I had to send it back and they immediately sent out another one to replace it. Customer service was top notch.
