Excellent service order came very quick and prices are excellent. Showed friend at work some range cookers he was looking for. He brought it there and then saying best prices he had seen on internet. Good communication too

Very good service, I had to cancel my first delivery at the last minute as I could not get the keys to new home on time. Changed the delivery date without a problem, fridge freezer delivered on time and Damian & Leon (delivery guys) were very friendly and helpful.

Ordered an LG 55" Nanocell TV. Comparable price with other places but unavailable in any walk-in shop. Arrived on time. Perfect condition. However TV developed a fault...flashes of light across the screen. Contacted App D. They asked for a video of the fault which I sent. They uplifted the TV and checked it out. They said they couldn't find the fault described. I was offered replacement or refund. Took the refund. So ... excellent customer service but disappointed with the TV.

Week ago I ordered washing machine and… Week ago I ordered washing machine and one day before delivery they send me a message informing me that, because of covid they won't be able to move the washing machine in to my house. I have steps going to my property and I leave on my own so I won't be able do it by myself. The funniest thing is that if I have added instalation off new machine to my order, then covid won't be a problem. Ridiculous, waiting all this time just to cancel the order 🤬

Ordered an American Fridge Freezer; and price, availability and time to delivery were all excellent. Unfortunately, the item developed a fault, and Appliances Direct collected and refunded the item quickly and efficiently. Overall a very good experience. One concern (for the delivery drivers) was that for such a heavy item, the delivery vehicle should have been equipped with a tail lift

I’m not one to leave a negative review but feel I need to for this company. Sent out a refurbished fridge freezer which I was under the assumption was a new item (same price as Argos and some other leading companies). Delivery day came I opened the packaging to find what I can only describe as a massive let down. I got straight on the phone to Appliances Direct to be told I needed to email pics. This was done but ignored. I had to send pics again then call a few times to be told that what I ordered was a grade 3 item. I’m not one to overlook anything due to coming from a retail background. This “grading” appeared as a SKU number when I checked back on the website. This is very deceiving. I was told that to return the item as faulty I would need to pay £40 for them to collect the item. I had no other option than to do this. So I’m still minus a fridge freezer and £40 down curtesy of the company. Very poor customer service to add to that.

Warning - Worrying Service Warning ! I regret my experience has been appalling. Placed my first & last verbal order for £5,760 of a complete set of appliances, the reason for a verbal order was to confirm stock availability, they 100% confirmed stock was on the floor & confirmed a delivery date that came & went. Kitchen fitters were booked, no delivery & a pile of excuses & mis information about why or who is to blame. To conclude the stock they say that they had they didn’t, the delivery issue was not resolved with each department blaming the other & to cap it all the account manager complained he was not going to get his commission for the sale. I regret also that trying to contact them other than to place a order will take you quite some time on hold & when you do eventually speak to anyone they can’t actually help you ! I thought I had saved a few £s but I fact it’s been a disaster purchase. I can not recommend this business, my advice is go elsewhere & be looked after by someone with good customer service. This review is less than 1 star but as they don’t get shown anywhere I’ve marked it as 5 star & hope you are now aware of there 1 star service

Website easy to use. Price was cheaper than any other retailer. Item was despatched within 1 day of purchase. I was able to track the item through the courier service used. Overall, I am very happy with the product and with Appliances Direct. I would not hesitate to buy any product from them.

Delivery was good and on time. But they were charging us for extended guarrentee which we did no ask for. The product had a two year warranty.
