Really pleased with the whole AO experience! We ordered a Bosch Fridge Freezer, which arrived in the allocated time slot. The delivery men were polite and done a great job. Our property has steps and is a bit awkward, however, the team did really well! (Crew number BDV1). Would recommend AO to everyone. First class!

Bought an expensive American Fridge Freezer. First delivery was a fridge with doors which would not line up on the front and side. Engineer was called to fix, who said the item was faulty. The replacement fridge was worse, with large dent on the outside, and inside had multiple scratches and wear and tear, so looked second-hand. The second delivery men damaged my property significantly when moving inside the front door. The wall next to the door has been hit and has a 20cm hole to the steel wall! I would avoid AO as the items seem second-hand, or cheaper products from manufacturers. Also, your property may be damaged!

Did a rush order for a fridge freezer last Saturday and it was due to come following day. Realised the wall socket was the problem so called up AO and asked if I could cancel order two hours before delivery due and the lady on phone was very helpful and cancelled order and sorted refund next day. Would deffo recommend

Wow, just wow! We recently ordered an oven via Boots.com (on behalf of AO). It was delivered on Saturday and I realised that I had ordered a 'built in' rather than a 'built under' oven. Called the helpline on a Sunday morning, I had the right oven delivered the NEXT DAY with the wrong item (my mistake) collected at the same time. This is the type of service you always wished to receive from a company so large. No fuss, no hassle - just DONE! Absolutely amazing service from the AO team. Thank you!

Don't use this company unless you like being pestered by phone and email by them trying to sell you product insurance about a year after delivery! You can get the same products from other companies that don't do this. I will never use them again. It gets on my nerves.

Ordered a washing machine for next day delivery, at 7am the delivery driver pulled up, took a photo of property to prove attendance but didn't knock door and drive away. The first we knew of the delivery was an email saying it needed rearranging, even though we were at home and waiting for the delivery. No accountability when we rang to speak to manager, only option was to rearrange delivery for the week following which was difficult with work. No flexibility which led to us canceling the order. Loss of a customer from really poor customer service ao, it's a shame.

I ordered a new vacuum cleaner 3 days ago and chose a Saturday delivery. I received a message saying my delivery would be between 7AM and 9AM. I set my alarm and was awake at 7AM Saturday morning. At 7:22 I received a message saying that they had tried to deliver, but could not get a reply. I was down stairs with a cup of tea at this time? I tried to ring the number in the message to rebook, but found that there was nobody there until 8AM to answer the phone. I also tried to contact the driver, but only received a automated message which was of no help. Eventually after 8AM I manage to contact a nice lady on the "Rebook" number. She tried to contact the driver, but could not get an answer. It turned out that the driver had tried to deliver my order before 7AM, but did not wait very long or try very hard to get a reply. Because of the above events I have had to rebook my delivery for the next day, but I could NOT book a time, only an AM delivery. So I will have to get up at dawn again and wait for the delivery driver to arrive. I hope he manages to find my doorbell button this time!

Brilliantt service from start to finish. Tracking the delivery was very easy and meant I didnt have to hang around waiting. The phone call is brilliant too. Fantastic! Today crew number CWV209 came and delivered me a new Samsung fridge/freezer (the old one being faulty). The guys were fantastic they got the old fridge/freezer out really quickly (a difficult job) and coupled the new one up to the water and fitted the door handles REALLY quickly so I was able to put my frozen food back in before the slightest signs of defrosting. Crew No. CWV209 made a stressful event CONSIDERABLY less of a worry! THANK YOU for being so pleasant and helpful, this was good "old fashioned" service with a smile!

Had cooker and washing machine delivered today delivery time was updated as they got closer. Alan Heyv22 was very efficient bringing in the items and taking the old ones away and was very pleasant.overall a great service

Placed our order for an LG Washing machine on Friday22nd March, the order was confirmed and the machine was delivered and fitted Sunday morning 24th march, a first class service. Martin and Jimmy (Crew number TLV200V) who delivered and fitted the washing machine and took away the old one were excellent. It was fitted with our units and up and running with everything left looking spick and span. A really professional service.

Hi For the first time ever I'm disappointed with ao.com. 20.03.19 I took delivery of our new suburb Bosch dishwasher and for once I paid for it fitting. A waste as the fitter left me with a floating fixing. The dishwasher could be moved forwards or back, It wasn't fixed at the top. So I called back ao.com and they sent two fitters to fix my problem. Paid extra money for disconnection and removal of old device as well as connecting the new one by ‘trained engineers’ he said he couldn’t Disconnect the old one or connect the new one as it was too difficult. Terrible attitude from them, told me to call the office and they sat in the van. Told them to pack it back up and refund my money. Terrible service won’t be using them again.
