“The 15amp timer I bought had only 10amp outlets, which made it impossible to connect a spa as I had intended to do. The promotional information on the website gave the impression that the timer was suitable to connect 15amp devices. When I contacted you to discuss the problem I was told I could return the timer at my own expense as I changed my mind about the equipment and no longer wanted it. I bought a 10 amp to 15amp adapter from another electronics store to plug into the timer that fixed the problem. This was my first time doing business with you and it will be my last.”

Hello Donald, We apologize for any miscommunications - but if there was an error in the website product information, we would not deem this as a 'Change of Mind', and rather we would thank you for bringing it to our attention so we could fix it. We would then send out a free eReturn parcel slip to take to the Post Office to return the product for a full refund. I am sorry if this was not offered to you at the beginning. We have been unable to find any previous communications with you though where you were told to send this back at your own cost or who was assisting you so we can train them over this procedure. We have sent you a private message, if you wouldn't mind checking your inbox and replying we can get this resolved with a return and refund.
