Ardene what a disappointing online experience. don’t care about customers. Delivery company sucks.

So Negative Experience at Ardene – Aberdeen Mall, Kamloops Today at 12:30 PM, I encountered extremely unprofessional and discourteous treatment at the Ardene store located in Aberdeen Mall, Kamloops, Canada. While returning an item, the cashier was polite and noticed an issue with some products, prompting him to call in the supervisor for clarification. Unfortunately, the supervisor—Allisa Saunders—did not greet me or introduce herself, leaving me uncertain of who I was dealing with. Instead, she responded in a harsh, commanding tone and outright refused to process the return for certain items. I want to stress that the refusal to return some items would not have been a problem if it had been explained politely—the issue was her extremely disrespectful attitude. It was apparent that she attempted to assert the power of her position and authority, but all I experienced was an outrageous, patronizing tone, much like being reprimanded as a misbehaving student. As an immigrant, I have never before encountered such discrimination, especially when I observed that other customers were treated with courtesy. I have been a loyal customer of your store, but after today’s incident, I can no longer support or recommend it to others. I discovered her name by asking for her business card. This experience raises serious questions about the overall service quality at this store, as it is evident that the leadership team includes unprofessional individuals who fail to uphold the expected standards. Furthermore, her behavior completely ruined my wonderful mood.

The app sent my purchase to the wrong location and no one cared that the app needs to be looked at. It shows default for the proper address but no concern for your programs and systems. Learn to take some ownership. No refund or worry.

Horrible customer service. I made an online purchase. Got inconsistent information about if the package was delivered. Tried to get through to customer support online and by phone many times. No answer replies to emails sent expect automatic replies saying it would take 3-5 days to response. Then weeks pasts with no reply. Finally got through to them today and not willing to assist. Horrible experience. I would never buy from this company again especially online. There is poor communication with customers and irresponsible customer service support.

FRAUD COMPANY. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. Merchandise is very poor quality, arrives defective, and the company is extremely unhelpful and dishonest. I wasted hours of my time trying to set up a return on two defective items. Customer service has no supervisors available and the representative lied and said she would send me a label after having me jump through hoops sending her photos of the defective item. Not only did she not do that but she never responded to any of the six emails that I sent to customer service and her. Even after I have filed a dispute with my bank, they continue to not provide me with a return label in accordance with their supposed free returns. They are fighting the dispute instead of sending me a damn shipping label. Disgusting despicable company. Stay away. Not worth it at all.

Did not receive my package although they said it was delivered. Customer service was terrible not helpful did not care about their customers. Will not help me. Charges made to my bank with no product. I do not recommend

you are not going to believe it, ordered 9 items , only received 1 , and the 1 items came with magnetic tag, emailed them about this issue. Ignored my missing item , and told me to bring the only item received to store.....

My experience is the store at Dixie Value Mall.I went to the cashier to pay for a sneakers that was on the wall that was marked $5 ,when she told me the price was $13 and change,I told her no it was $5.i told her I want to talk to the manager. The manager was on the other cash register so I waited on her.she too told me she can't do nothing and at the same time she gave this lady 50% off an item because she was spending more money than I.To top it off I call the head off and I spoke to this lady and she said she would call me back the next day, she never did I call her back after 4 days, keep calling her. I then texted her the she told me she would get back to me and it almost 2 months now and she never did.They need to train their employees because the customers are the ones that are paying them.

The workers kept on following me and my friend arround,they were making comments about us between them but never talked to us or even asked us if we needed help( we were the only customers in the entire store) so they clearly weren’t busy. After we finished picking the clothes we wanted to try on, we headed towards the changing rooms and again no one helped us and I had to ask the girl working there if we could use the cabins. She oppened the rooms and made us leave our bags and purses ( containing cash ) outside while ee changed. While changing we heard the workers talking about us again saying that we were shoplifting,they also talked about the fact that we are Arab and that we are students. I feel like this behavior is totally unacceptable and the girls working at that time need way more respect and that they should really be helping their customers instead of talking bad about them. The thing they said are really inappropriate and stereotypical I’m really dissapointed in this store. I won’t shop there again.

I would give zero stars but I unfortunately can't. I grew up loving ardenes but now it's garbage. The pictures on there website and displayed in store are disgusting and appalling. The fact that they only selly clothes mean for anorexic small people is disturbing. All of their models look like they are battling eating disorders and it is so sad because they do not deserve that. Yes they have "bigger" sizes but the styles are only meant for extremely thin people so look strange on people who have curves. Even just a little curve. This is actually so sad. The clothing industry is literally so corrupt but Ardene you need to do better. I wish their sight could be shut down for their nearly pornagraphic playboy like sight

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered from Ardene, and my order was shipped in four separate packages. Not only is that incredibly inconvenient, but I never received the first package. It's been over two weeks since I started reaching out to their customer service team, and I haven’t received a single response—no updates, no acknowledgment, nothing. At this point, I’m beyond frustrated. How hard is it to provide basic customer service? This experience has been a complete nightmare, and I regret ordering from this company. Avoid them if you actually want to receive what you pay for.

Really bad experience with online shopping, ordered 3 items and showed standard shipping within 3-5 days but now its getting more than 8 days.I will never do online shopping again.

The employees at the Brandon mb location are completely unhelpful and rude. After seeing several employees on their cell phones avoiding customers. After being unable get any help from employees I was ignored at the till while an employee read behind the counter and made me wait to obtain service.

I went to purchase some items online and when I got to the check out and applied a coupon code it did not show me the complete order total and shipping to be completed at check out I went to use Google pay confirmed my address and hit continue in which again I did not know the order total and the order was completed I hit continue not complete especially since I didn't get a order total. Absolutely unacceptable when I call customer service there was no manger to speak to. I got muted and ingored the first call and had to call back because someone didnt want to do their job. No option to cancel order and the solution giving was to not accept the package and I'll get reimbursed in about 2 weeks time. I also stated that this was theft and the rep I spoke to said "I know" confirming it indeed was theft and unauthorized.

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at Ardene that I feel needs to be addressed. I bought four purses: three at 50% off and one with a "buy one, get one 50% off" offer, which I initially chose not to use. When I decided to take advantage of the deal later, I returned a full-priced purse and attempted to repurchase it under the promotion. The cashier mishandled the return, giving me a partial refund for a different purse and incorrectly charging me for the new purchases. When I pointed out the errors, the cashier was initially confused and resistant. After a prolonged and difficult discussion, she corrected the mistake but still failed to include the tax in the refund. To add insult to injury, after admitting her error and processing the refund, she labeled the transaction as “final sale” on the receipt, even though the items clearly were not supposed to be on final sale. Despite being in the wrong, the cashier’s attitude made us feel as though we were at fault for highlighting the issue. It was a frustrating experience, reflecting poorly on both the cashier's competence and the store’s customer service standards. I hope Ardene addresses these issues to improve their staff training and customer service.

Staff is very rude. Either high or drunk some of them at sarnia store. The girl named haily is just plain out ignorant!!! Don't bring teens here Very unprofessional!!

The cowgirl boots are not made for any women who don’t have stick legs the calf is so small couldn’t even get it halfway up my calf. Fit my foot perfectly but calf is way too small. Can’t return then because they were on sale. They are beautiful boots! I was so excited to get them! Such a waste of money and now I’m sad. They don’t sell them in stores so I couldn’t even try them on

I bought 2 pairs of ankle boots, which they said were final sale as they were 70% off. The sizes were wayyyyy off - I usually wear size 6, but they feel more like size 6.5 or 7. I had to keep the boots [or donate them]
