“I love this company! Not only are their Nespresso pods amazing, and their coffee fantastic, but they also have truly incredible customer service! I have ordered from them several times, and will continue to do so. I love that the roast dates are printed on the nespresso pod boxes, and they are usually within a week or less than the order date. They have an amazing selection of organic, single origin beans, and many have extensive details about the farms and workers on their website. The pods are now also home compostable. If I had to list all the things that would make a perfect place to buy my Nespresso pods, they would meet every qualification. Can't say enough good stuff! Thanks!!!”

“The coffee seems reasonable, but then it's packaged in the flimsiest of possible cardboard boxes for shipping with absolutely no protection, and when it inevitably gets damaged there is no way to reach them on amazon and they refuse all returns, and the customer service through their web site ignores you. It's too bad, we would have been lifetime customers, but their incredibly poor customer relations has completely turned us off.”

“I'm feeling let down by Artizan Coffee due to recent changes in quality. The new branding and emphasis on environmental friendliness seem more like cost-saving measures rather than genuine improvements. The coffee's flavor has noticeably decreased, and the packaging is so flimsy that my recent order arrived with opened boxes and mixed-up pods. Customer service has also taken a hit, giving the impression that they're prioritizing cutting costs over customer satisfaction after building a reputation for quality.”

“When I first saw the Manuka honey I said to myself this sounds good so I went on and gave it a shot and oh mannnn I have been hooked ever since I used it as a capuccino and Americano and is plain delicious every one that I have shared with can't have just one cup, so what I do I forward the address and they are on their own because one cup is even too much to share is all mineeeeee.”

“We ordered a set package [four different coffees, two boxes of each -- with 8 pods per box, total 64]. We tried each of the 4 flavors but we really did not like the taste. Our expectation was that while we were stuck with the opened boxes, we could return the 4 unopened boxes [32 pods] to Artizan for a refund. However Artizan does not provide refunds for unopened boxes of pods. In our opinion, the flavor descriptions are inaccurate/misleading and the customer has no recourse.”
