“Horrible company. Purchased on 3/17/2020 and they created a shipping label just so they could collect my money from Amazon. The label was created on 3/19. By 3/31, nothing had shipped though their web site said it would. They don't answer their phone or emails. It is now 4/3 and nothing has shipped. Stay away from this company.”

“Ordered 6 bottles of hand sanitizer on 3/13 and they hit my credit card on 3/13. The site read they would ship product by the 25th and send a confirmation email. It’s 4/3 and I haven’t received any product. Emails to the company come back not deliverable and they won’t answer the phone. Don’t buy anything from this company.”

“Guess I am not the only one who got ripped off. I ordered in early March two 2-packs of hand sanitizers and emailed them when I did not get it. They emailed me when they would send it. A few days later I received it MINUS one bottle. Only received three single bottles in a box and two of them were not in a pack. Immediately emailed and got no answer. Emailed again - no answer. Next two emails were returned as not deliverable. Unable to call - only got a recording. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A REAL RIPOFF!”

“Pretty much the same story as others. Ordered hand sanitizer on March 10th - no indication given that order would be delayed. Emailed on the 20th, and received email response that it would ship by 3/25. Still nothing. Then I got an email with a UPS number - 3 days later still not in UPS system. I checked - the UPS label was created on 3/16. The UPS site says: "When the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated." I tried to email them for several days, and they did not answer. Now their email bounces because the box is full. They are still taking orders on their website at this very moment.”

“Placed an order for hand sanitizer on 3/14 which stated that it would be mailed out by 3/25. I’ve never received a confirmation email stating it was mailed out. I’ve called and recording states to email. I emailed and got a return response stating that their in box was full and could not be delivered. Today is April 1st and still no merchandise. I will give them til the 3rd. They I will dispute this order with Pay Pal. I understand with the shortage of hand sanitizer they must have been swamped but yet they are still selling it on their website and they can’t deliver as promised.”

“I ordered hand sanitizers on March 12. According to their website, orders before March 16 will be shipped by March 25. As of today, April 1st, I have not received any shipping notice. I sent several emails inquiring about my order and got no response. They are also not answering phone calls. Is this a scam?”

“I ordered 4 8oz bottles of hand sanitizer on 3/11 and paid $19.99 extra for expedited 2-3 day shipping. I then received a message that I would receive the items by 3/25. I emailed once and got a response that assured me a bit. I would wait for my package. I emailed for an update and didn't get a response. Only today, March 31, 2020 did I get my order - Half filled...ONLY RECEIVED TWO BOTTLES. I tried calling but they aren't taking calls due to the "high volume" of calls. I'm sure everyone's ordering hand sanitizer. Still it took forever to get here, I paid outrageous shipping costs and it's only part of what I ordered. I emailed and said they have 24 hours to refund my order or I'm disputing this with my card company.”

“I placed an order on March 15th for multiple items. My payment was taken by them the same day and I received an email confirmation about my order, but when I went to check the status of my order on their website it said I didn't have an order. When I tried to contact them their chat service was turned off; I called and the outgoing message said their call volume was too high so they weren't taking calls and to email them. Okay, the current world situation is bad so I sent my initial email for help on March 17th. I allowed for more than their promised response time of 2 business days and still did not hear back from them. Today I sent my FIFTH EMAIL trying to get an answer. Although the automated message "says" my order was supposed to ship on the 25th of March and I would get tracking info via email, I have not received anything. Meanwhile they have had my money for 17 days on my credit card while it sits and racks up interest. All other online companies only charge your credit card once the items have shipped. This definitely seems like a SCAM. I will never order from them again and hope to get my money back. I am waiting 2 business days for a response and if I do not hear from them I am filing a complaint with the BBB and a fraud alert with my credit card company. I can empathize with current world situation, but don't run a business taking peoples' money, promising product, not delivering anything and ghosting all of your customers with no response. TERRIBLE.”

“I saw an advertisement for art naturals, I have been trying to cut out harmful chemicals from my life, all looks good on the face but decided to check out ingredients firstly for "Scalp 18 Shampoo" second or so ingredient in.... Is cocamidopropyl betaine harmful? below is cut and paste from Google: Summary. Cocamidopropyl betaine may cause skin allergies and eye irritation. Cocamidopropyl betaine is a potential carcinogen and may cause cancer. I wish companies could be real! honest and not try to fool people with natural looking bottles. Simone”

“This is an excellent company that produce natural products. Their essential oils are high quality and the large sizes come beautifully boxed with two of their signature Zen and Chi oils. They also sell lovely mixed oil packs which, again, are beautifully boxed and come with a small explanatory booklet. They have a wide range of goodies for face and body, all natural, and beneficial. All in all a first class company that I would recommend to anyone.”
