“I ordered 4 packs of unscented hand sanitizer on March 31, 2020. I got an email from Art Naturals on April 7 that my order was shipped. When I tracked the package I was surprised to see that UPS says it was delivered to the strange address "LOS ANGELES, CA, US" on April 4, three days before it was shipped! I don't understand how can a package be delivered before it is shipped. I put my full address when I placed the order, and the order confirmation email also shows my full address. Needless to say that I never received any package. I wrote an email to Art Naturals, but never heard back from them. They should be held accountable for their fraudulent activity during a pandemic! I also called the UPS, but the automatic voice guide hangs up whenever I want to speak to an agent!”

“I placed an order for hand sanitizer. It was supposed to be delivered next business day and it was not. I paid for next day delivery and it didn't come next day, actually it never came any day. I've emailed them and get ZERO response. They don't answer the phone and have some BS out going message. They give you a tracking number and I emailed UPS and they say they don't have the package. Tracking number is BS. Money spent and no product. STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. SCAM SCAM SCAM”

“Ordered 4 of 1 gallon hand sanitizers that shows on the website are in stock. They processed the order the day after I ordered, took the payment, created the label but the "shipment" never left their premises. I'm reporting this to CA AG's office/ fraud division. What a bunch of crooks! Disgusting business, taking advantage of the pandemic.”

“Worst ever.. Over $1000 worth of product ordered and nothing received. Order placed 3/19 on Amazon for delivery 3/25. Label printed 3/30. They do not answer phone or email. Our local District Attorney's Office Consumer Fraud Division will be going after them. Fraudulent activity is very bad during a State of Emergency.”

“I ordered a package of 12 hand sanitizers from their company on Amazon in early March. Due to the demand, I was told the package should arrive around March 28th. It arrived on-time which was great. After that though, is when the nightmare started. I only received 4 bottles. I made sure I first checked the listing to make sure I didn't misread the description. I paid over $100 so it was definitely correct. I followed the instructions Amazon provided me to first contact the seller. I sent an email. A week passed, no contact. I sent another email. I was patient because I know it's a probably a crazy time for this company with all the orders. After exhausting all my efforts with attempting to contact anyone (email, phone, via Amazon Support), Amazon actually had to finally open up a claim against them. Over 5 weeks and so much wasted time to just get an answer if how they planned to ship the remainder of my order or refund me. It was beyond frustrating. I would skip this company and save yourself the possible aggravation. If there's even a slight chance you would need to deal with customer service, I'd run now.”

“Ordered on 4/9. Shipping label created on 4/10. Today is 4/20 and the shipping company (ontrac) still has not received any package. This looks like a total scam. Buyers beware !”

“I ordered on 4/2 and received a notice that on 4/8 that they had shipped and charged me. It is now 4/20 and I have not received the order. Both tracking numbers say the order has not shipped. Four emails later and no reply. Do not order from this company. I will be disputing these charges with my Company and pursuing further actions with the BBB and any legal means at my disposal.”

“I placed an order on 4/7 for 4 bottles of hand sanitizer and one bottle of hand soap. I only received the soap. Their site indicates my order shipped in full, which it did not. You can't reach this business via the phone number provided and they are unresponsive to emails. My card was charged for the full amount. Charges are being disputing via my bank.”

“I have placed an order and received a shipping notification. However, the shipment still hasn’t left their facility and I have not received my product. They do not respond to customer outreach either. I am reporting them to my bank as they have not responded to ANY correspondence regarding an update on my order. I do realize things are delayed given current circumstances. However, it is odd that my shipment label has been created and not moving for 2 weeks. That along with zero customer support, I’m all set.”

“$1500.00 order shows shipped and shipper never even picked up package. Order shows complete. They Don’t pick up phones. Have emailed 10 times with no response This is complete fraud. This order is for medical personnel who make deliveries to patients homes and hospitals”

“I paid for 6 bottles and they only sent 2. They will not respond to multiple emails even though the packing slip included showed they'd only sent two, right next to the receipt for 6. They are taking advantage of people during this pandemic for their own financial gain.”

“this company sucks...the worst to deal with...they send out hand sanitizer and dont even seal bottles..i received my 4 bottles and 3 were leaked out and just about empty. they dont answer a phone nor an email...horrible ...horrible and i got stuck paying for them..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!”
