“I Always use Asda George for Clothes and Household Products, Always Good Quality and Good Price's, Plus I can order online and either collect in Store, or have Delivery. Antony”

“Do not like all your clothes modelled by people of colour. Will shop somewhere else. I am not racist , just British. I expect 85% of your models to be at least white. Feel very let down by Asda. I am no racist I am British.impressed. Please don't”

“Asda delivered me a ‘navy’ bin that was damaged and the wrong colour. I would have been happy to leave my review on their website. However they rejected my factual and neutral review in a bid to mislead their customers. So I will be posting my factual review wherever I can.”

“I ordered a multi pack of 2 long sleeve t shirts choosing a lilac/pink colourway, on Wednesday I received my parcel and it contained the WRONG coloured t shirts, after telephoning customer service the same day they confirmed that replacement t shirts would be forwarded in the correct colour choice, today Saturday I received my parcel, once again the colourway was that which I complained about so this mistake has been made TWICE! I did telephone the customer care number however the call handlers did not seem to understand, on my second call I was eventually offered a refund, NO email to confirm this, I have written a message to customer service however no automated acknowledgement, this is very offputting a company such as ASDA should treat their customers better! I would also ask where is the call centre based as the handlers seem to have difficult understanding what is being said this is a further headache when trying to reach a solution. I will telephone yet again if I hear nothing further,it does not encourage further purchases.”

“I ordered from Asda 6 storage boxes 100liters. One was broken I called to customer service straight away,send them a picture. They promise me replacement on the 27th of July I stay at home all day and call them. They apologise and promise contact me and send me replacement. Till today I did not recieved any information. I'm very happy with the product, but the service leaves much to be desired. Asda does not meet its obligations to the consumer. Therefore, I have a negative online service with Asda. And I will buy everything in the store making sure the quality is good and product is not damaged.”

“My partner asked for some sausage in the cooked food area in Asda in Shipley the very rude woman said that she was asking a pizza you'll have to wait, my partner walked away from the counter, this has happened numerous times and it is the same woman every Time, the last time she did it my partner complained, she is still working making pizza and is still as ignorant as ever. As for the clothes, who on earth is doing the buying? I have always bought clothing from Asda George but this year the clothes are drab, frumpy not flattering at all all those horrible big collars an puffy sleeves horrible 😢”

“Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Ordered some school uniform on the 14th May for collection on the 16th May, no items arrived. Phoned to be told they were in transit. Waited 2 more days and went to my local store gave them the order number to find out my order had been CANCELLED. NO EMAIL, NO COMMUNICATION. Phoned AGAIN to be told I'm sorry its in stock so order again online. Like really??? Asked why no email and where is my money and she said to phone my bank for a refund as its been processed her end. No offer of sending out the items, told no when I asked her to and I have to go online to order again. So if I do that who is to say it won't happen again. No offer of a gift voucher for two wasted trips to my store, no supervisor available to talk to, NO HELP AT ALL. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”
