Ordered the 13W rotisserie spit for my father's birthday. Waited for it to be delivered as it was delayed 4 days. Upon receiving it noticed the box was extremely damaged and thought to myself this can't be good. Upon opening the box I noticed several damaged spots. There were dents, dings, scratches and large gouges all over the product. I paid just short of $400 for this unit and I can say I am less then pleased. I am currently waiting to hear back from TITAN.

I ordered a ceramic teak table from Titan outdoors. I received a biceps/triceps machine from Titan Fitness. Pretty big error. The customer service responsiveness has been slow. Can’t recommend Titan based on the experience so far.

Came damaged and no hard water. I’ve now been wait more than a week for replacement hardware and still nothing. Extremely disappointed

My order was never delivered! I sent multiple emails addressing this unreal mess up! The worst experience with Titan and their shipping services! I am still waiting for my full refund and now questioning if I will ever get my money back :(

When I ordered on line the table I ordered was not out of stock. You did not tell me it went out of stock and just shipped the chairs. I would not have ordered the chairs if i could not have had the table that I wanted. You apparently dont even know when the table l wanted will be in and so I was in a take it or leave it situation

I recieved the wrong item , i ordered a spit rotisserie gril and recieved a 95 lb dumbbell and got an email saying they will se d me another one and when i called trying to change it the lady was rude saying NO you cand not change your order even if you want to pay the difference

I purchased a fire grate (item number 899883) 40" Wagon Wheel Fire Grate and within the warranty time frame the welds came apart and it started to disfigure, bend, and lose its shape. It did not sit straight and would wobble. I filed a warranty claim and it was honored. The second one after some time developed the same defects. I filed a warranty claim and they were extremely difficult and argued that it is no longer under warranty because it was a replacement. I stated this was nowhere on their website under contractual agreements with the warranty. If a product is replaced and the replacement is defective too a company knows or should know that it should be replaced and cannot negate the original warranty. Since then they have changed their website to include this contractual language. Negotiations were going nowhere because I was looking for logic and reason where there was none; I offered to purchase another grate at a discounted rate. Titan agreed to this and send me another grate. This being the third grate experience the same manufactures defects and affected the functioning of the grate. Phil from the warranty department denied the claim and said it was wear and tear. Wear and tear is a vague term for them to not honor the warranty. I spoke to a Lewis from the warranty department on the phone and he told me to ask Phil to escalate it to be reviewed again. Phil emailed me back and told me he was on the escalation team and would not escalate it or have it reviewed independently. I asked Phil for their registered agent, address, and phone number for claims and disputes to be filed with and I have not heard back at this time. I will update this post with my TN attorney generals complaint and the BBB. I would not recommend their products and their customer support/service is extremely poor. It is my belief they are aware of these issues and refuse to honor their warranty by being vague and deceptive.

Never received my order and it’s saying it’s been delivered and signed for. I work from home and I’ve never gotten anything deliverers tried reaching out to customer service and have yet to hear back

Replacement unit has un-welded seams which is really disappointing so I have requested another return and full refund. I’m not going to attempt a 3rd unit at this point.
