The shipping package was totally inadequate. The cardboard box was made of two smaller boxes and was destroyed by Fedex. The inner blocking was in shreds. If the grating was not indestructible, it would have been severely damaged. It was delayed in transit for several days, I believe, because Fedex was considering returning it to Titan.

The delivery sucked. I asked them to take the wood pallet and he told me no he could not. I have a small garbage bin and it would not fit.

Freight orders are instructed to be met at the driveway and ground orders are instructed to be delivered at your door. The teak patio table arrived quickly quickly and is heavy and beautiful....After unpackaging it,I found a 4 inch crack in the base of one of the legs....My neighbor, who a very experienced carpenter, wood glued the crack and clamped it...He put 3 dowels in to also secure it...It was sanded down to finish it off......I didn't want to deal with the repacking and restocking fee.....I'm not looking for compensation, just wish their quality control would have found the problem before shipping...

The product arrived in a broken box, wet, with one of the packets meant to wick moisture, exploded inside and with bits of the packet stuck to the interior of the fire bowl. It was a mess. The product had some significant rust on it. Regardless, it works nicely.

Don't like that Titan refuses to compensate you for lost or damaged product unless you pay an additional amount for shipping protection. Box was broken in multiple places, but arrived quickly.

Heat deflector finished came damaged no damage to the cardboard or the packaging. Titan was slow to respond and come to any satisfactory agreement regarding the heat deflector it's been a week or so.

Design of this grapple has a flaw. Each time you open the grapple it hits the arm of the tractor damaging the hoses and hydraulic cylinder. A design change would remedy the problem After calling and emailing Titan customer service multiple times they deny the issue.

I received a “scratch and dent” griddle, which was in good shape overall. However, there was no handle included. I have contacted customer service, which was acknowledged, but have received no response to my inquiry.

Titan needs to make improvements to the packaging of their fire grates. I ordered the 36” hexagon fire grate that was shipped via Fed Ex. The package did arrive at the Fed Ex distribution center in Massachusetts, however, Fed Ex called and tried to get me to drive to their distribution center to pick it up. The cardboard shipping box was destroyed, probably due to the fact that this grate weighed 145 lbs and was only placed in the cardboard box and was not secured. Fed Ex claims that it should have been strapped to a pallet and I agree with this thinking. After some convincing Fed Ex reluctantly agreed to have it delivered and they claim that had to add a second person to the route to lift the package off of their truck. Luckily the grate arrived in good condition however it was delayed because it sat at the distribution center for a few days until Fed Ex got around to delivering it.

The product is good and built well however it was packaged terribly, cauldron arrived with scratches in the bowl and chips around the rim which has already started to rust. The stand had chipping in it as well. I took pictures, if you’d like to talk further please feel free to reach out. Thank you

I like the grill, but the packaging was the worst and the grill has scratches as a result. When you ship something of that value and weight, the package needs to be able to withstand and support the weight of the grill during shipping, which it currently fails miserably at doing. You can barely put the box on a hand truck to move it. I should have bought a scratched and dent sale version since that's what arrived.

Wanted to purchase a backup 25w motor for my Titan rotisserie, but after trying several times over the last year to order it and told it was on back order, finally got someone to be honest and say they do not sell it without buying whole set. So, had to spend $250 to accomplish this.

the sides bowed out and the grates cannot be moved. Once the grill cools, it goes back to a position where the grates can be moved, but during a cook, almost impossible. Can someone tell me how to fix it

Customer service was just fine but the product left a little to be desired. I basically got what I paid for but modifications were needed to use to target stand properly

Mix feelings on our purchase. First it was a scratch and dent grill. I expected it not to be perfect, but at least usable. Thankfully my husband was a welder by trade and still has his equipment. The grill itself we are very please with the features and it definitely was made quality if used and handled within reason. This one was dropped hard on its handles bending them that in turn would not allow the grills to set properly or close the lid properly. My husband was able to fix the handles with extreme heat. The grills could then be set properly, but now we need to buy the end washer rings to keep it in place. At this point it still did not close properly, one corner higher than the other. We noticed the hinges on the lids were bent at two different angles and cracked. We again fix the angle with his welding equipment. Once installed he will go back and weld the cracks on the hinders. It still does not close properly but we hope enough to use for our purpose. That said, the average person would not have the still and tools for all we have done. This is why 3 stars. This was my dream grill I was glad to find one in my budget but not sure yet on using it. We have the hole dug and waiting for a nice day to do the concrete work. I will note it is very heavy. Our neighbors will help us later to attach the top. When the grill arrived the box was in good shape. I have no reason to believe the damage was done by the shipper.

Decent for the price. Still doesn’t compare to the commercial grade Lesco spreaders but also a lot less $. I’d probably pony up the delta to get the Lesco one next time. No conversion chart for applications and a pretty tedious, but doable, setup out of the box.

Order took longer than anticipated to ship, causing plans to be changed. Noticed a smallish dent on the end of the product during assembly, however it was cosmetic and should not affect the performance of the grill. Company performance would be considered acceptable but certainly not outstanding.

Great except for one problem. The grill only comes with two post sections which is not enough to properly install it. Had to bolt another piece of steel to the last post to cement it into the ground. Other than that it's great.
