“The product and the material it was fabricated with is great, good sturdy steel. There was no damage to the packaging when delivered, but once Box was opened there were 9 fire bricks busted in half. Almost looks like it was packaged damaged, so was not really happy with that. I would recommend you have quality control before the product leaves your facility. Other than the broken brick its a nice quality grill.”

“I was unhappy that when I got on the website it offered me 5% off at checkout but didn’t apply the 5%. I immediately wrote customer service and they said - We are unable to apply the discount code to your order as it is already processed. It felt like false advertising. I like the grill, I would recommend it to friends but I would warn them about my experience as well.”

“It seems to be a very nice grill, however, it did arrive damaged. My husband had to take it apart and bend it back to normal. Other than that, it seems very sturdy. Also, there is no thermometer on the grill.”

“The fire pit was delivered by FedEx in a box that was badly damaged and then retaped. Fortunately, there was no damage to the fire pit. Maybe consider a different delivery service? This occurred after I received two notifications from FedEx that there would be delivery delays.”

“7/8" rotisserie forks don't fit over 7/8" square tubing. Metal distortion from welds needed considerable filing and grinding with small Dremel grinding tool to get these forks to fit. Slides were also slightly out of square, needing modification with a hammer and vise. On the up-side, these extra large forks on square spit tubing are the only thing I could find to support spit roasting really large cuts.”

“Nice furniture delivered promptly, but be careful on the close out/scratch and dent. Our one table was not scratched or dented as much as it was split. It should not have been sold. The regular chairs were great.”

“Basically love the rack, but very disappointed when I went to mount it to my 2020 Ram 2500 long bef. I centered rack on my bed, which was to close to the stake pocket and the half inch hole, as per instructions, was up against the outside sidewall and blew out the stake pocket on my new truck, I will take the rack to a welder and pay $85.00 an hour to have “ALL” the tabs lengthened to place them in the center of the bed rails. Also the tabs that screw rack to back of bed will also need to be lengthened! On top of that, the bolt placements don’t come close to matching the assembly instructions!!! And what keeps the rear center bars, which are a lot smaller than the square tubing they slide into, from sliding and rattling? Great idea, very poor quality control!!! I now have to completely rebuild in order to use it, sorry, but not happy!”

“The table was shipped with FedEx ground and came damaged with scratches all over the surface. This was after the nightmare of dealing with FedEx who claimed it was delivered but nothing was left except for some paperwork from Titan that was found in the ditch at the end of our driveway. I submitted a claim and the table showed up 3 days later in a mangled box, like someone threw it off a moving truck! I understand that things happen but maybe pick a better courier, FedEx ground are independent drivers and clearly this one didn’t seem to care!”

“The over all product is nice looking. The black finish peals off so easily showing the silver underneath which is extremely frustrating. Also it doesn’t come with any instructions. They said they have a “manual” online. When I found it on their website it is a picture of the table stating what each bolt is, not instructions. So we build it wrong the first time and had to rebuild it. What should’ve been and hour job max turned into a three hour job.”

“Over all great design. Needed some modifications for the grate and cable system. Grate is very thin and will not uphold to high heat... Modify it with a removable 21.5 inch Weber grate. Cables provided was to thin and crimp clamps were in the way....a to the local hardware store for 3/32 cable and crush crimps solved that problem.”

“Lovely bench but terrible assembly instructions. Parts sheet in box does not match parts on line. YOU MUST ASSEMBLE THE BENCH ONLY ON ONE ONE SIDE SO YOU CAN PUT ON THE GLIDER MECHANISM THEN ATTACH THE OTHER SIDE. But the instructions do not tell you this. The bench is very solid and comfortable once assembled”
