“Website was easy to navigate and shipping punctual. items arrived on time packaging a little damaged but I am OK with it because items were metal (fire grate and a fire ring) so no damages done. Both worked great in my yard debris burning setup, and are holding up without warping after 3 burns.”

“I gambled for this discounted price unit as described as dented and scratches, it is still working nice properly. Although the charcoal tray bracket was extremely dented that it's making tray unbalanced. Other than that is working fine.”

“Titan did a great job of keeping me informed of my shipment status. I ordered a set of steel gong AR shooting targets Ann ramps. The ramps arrived quickly but the shooting gongs had an issue with the label being unreadable so it took a longer time to arrive. This may have been due to the lack of packing materials or the way they fit in the boxes used. Both items arrived in good condition. I will recommend Titan to my friends and family.”

“The overall quality of the product is very good. It was very easy to assemble and although I've only used it a few times, it seems to work as advertised. Now for what I didn't like. The packing was inadequate for the weight of the material. When the box arrived, it was barely held together and ripped/punctured on every side. The heat reflector plate had minor scratches and since the box was in such bad shape, I was concerned about missing hardware. Fortunately, all the small hardware was in a bag zipped-tied to the wood rack and both wood rack legs were still in the box. I realize that this could be shipping related but I feel that the packing could have been better. I would be glad to send you pictures of the box when I received it if that would be of any interest.”

“I really like design. Cooked chili on it yesterday in Dutch oven. It turned out great. Reason for 4 stars is one leg wasn’t fabricated right and does not sit flat on ground. Also expanded metal cooking grate is too thin.”

“Would have been 5 stars if not for missing hardware... super fast shipping! product was repackaged by FedEx before delivery & arrived without any hardware for assembly. a single phone call is all it took to get the hardware on its way. Great customer service! I'm excited to get the hardware, assemble and put it to use. Exactly what I wanted & expected”

“I like the fire pit. It is heavy-duty and looks to be well-made. The ordering and shipping process was very efficient and it arrived much sooner than I expected. I received e-mail notices at every step to keep me informed. Why not 5 stars? As with a prior fire pit that I ordered, the packaging was destroyed during shipment. I was unsure if the unit was damaged until I finished cutting the box away. What saved the unit from damage was the interior foam panels which seem to have protected the unit from damage even though the box was destroyed. Possibly reinforcing the corners of the box somehow might prevent them from bursting while being shipped.”

“My order for the 32" backyard fire ring with grill was delivered much quicker than I expected. You deserve 5 stars for that. But my order arrived without any instructions, which seemed odd, and the box was beaten up pretty bad leaving a few scratches on the outer ring. I overlooked both issues and with just a little thought figured out how to assemble the product. I still haven't figured out how to drive in the two stakes that would make it easier to flip open the ring to clean out the ashes. Any assistance with that would be appreciated. The product itself is HEAVY DUTY for sure. Looks like it'll last a lifetime.”

“I did have an issue with shipping on my order as it was split in two and half didn’t make it to me. After a few emails and a phone call they sent out a replacement and the other half arrived several weeks after the initial order. I would recommend them though as their customer service handled the problem professionally. Thanks”
