Customer service is lacking. Placed an order and immediately tried to cancel with no success. To return an item costs shipping and restock fee! Disappointed with results.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund for up to 30 days after your order has been delivered, provided it is unused, in the original packaging, and in new condition. Item came with no instructions to assemble- only photos. Had extra parts that weren't mentioned- called customer service- again- zero help.

Had to go through two rounds of return and replace them before I FINALLY got the items I ordered. The quality of the product is fine, but the issues in getting it to me and the subsequent work I had to do to get it fixed was a killer for the experience. Likely will not buy from Ash & Ember again

Purchase the large fire pit metal bowl and it has already began to rust. I’ve only had it about a week which is disappointing considering the cost.

My product arrived damaged. I sent an email in with pictures and haven’t received a reply yet. I have received several other promotions though. All in all not a terrible experience, I was able to repair my product, but would have been nice to get a response when something went wrong.

One of the targets was missing from my package. Need to have more durable boxes to ship gong targets in, both of the boxes was damaged pretty bad. Still waiting to hear about when my missing target will be shipped!

3 of the 4 pit stand legs are bent up pretty bad. I didn't realize that a scratch and dent sale meant bent beyond useability....So, I learned a lesson about Ash and Ember....

Santa Maria open fire grill doesn't come with assembly instructions. Customer deuce only emailed me basic manual for grill that shows parts, warnings and it's basically useless

We purchased a teak chair from your scratch and dent. It arrived in a damaged box. When I opened the box all the pieces were there but simply thrown into the box loose and with no packaging. It was as if the person who purchased it before us, packed this box and you in turn never opened it to verify its contents. I was able to put it together but was not happy with the way it arrived considering we still paid over $300.00 for it.

One of the legs for the Live Santa Maria grill I received was milled improperly. The top two holes were milled on the bottom of the leg and vice versa. I sent a message to CS and then followed up with a telephone call. I was told that the item was out of stock with no upcoming date of when it would be back in stock. I therefore had two choices, to return the item or to have the leg's holes property drilled. If I did, I would have to provide a quote first for approval. I live in a rural area... It takes 1/2 hour to get to a grocery store, let alone a metal fabricator, the closest actually being about 1 hour away. So, Ash and Amber wants me to go to the fabricator, get a quote send it in, and then IF approved, go back and have the work done. 4 hours of travel. This is for a mistake done by Titan's workers and not picked up by QC! I can't send the unit back as after I did an inventory of the items, I threw out the packing materials at my local transfer station. But that's beside the point. Ash and Amber should be offering me a discount on the unit or providing me with a preapproved amount for the milling. That would be good customer service.

Well made with quality materials but I didn't like the design of the angle the grill tips backwards towards wooden handles. Also why have a grease pan for a camp fire grill ...not nessasary!

While the shipping was fast and I received good customer support, I am very unimpressed with the quality control of the item I purchased. The first order came with a substantial defect that while cosmetic should have never made it past quality control. Customer support was great in replacing the item without requiring me to return the original item. Unfortunately the replacement item also came with some minor cosmetic defects to the lid. I contacted customer service again and best they offered was to compensate $16.19. While customer service was helpful, i would have much preferred an item in brand new condition in the first place.

I'm sorry but the item was damaged.. had to bend back the hood for it to close.. doesn't close well but it kinda works... the shipping was not good in handling the grill.. Regards Chris Mahannah
