No point using premium service - it is far from Premium. Hermes attempted delivery 3 times apparently, They categorically did not. ASOS told ME to contact them/Hermes MYSELF, which you cannot do! I find it very hard to believe they do not know that, since I have seen many other complaints to this effect. They could not even offer 10% as good will for their absolutely naff service. ALL I was offered was a 'sorry you feel this way'. They don't care about your service, or even offering what they promise. I complained online and their measly attempt to quash my public complaint didn't go un-noticed. They asked me to move to a private chat and then offered nothing further, saying it had already been looked into. Customer Service is non existent. They may have a large catalogue but thankfully most is not their own product. I will be ordering elsewhere from now on. And contacting trading standards to see where I stand in terms of being offered a service that has not been delivered.

Most of the products are the same on photos and in live and you ussually get for great price, very good quality.

I've shopped with ASOS many times now and found their well priced products to be of the best quality as is their online ordering system and customer service standards. On the rare occasion that something has gone wrong, ASOS customer services are totally quibble free - they simply sort out the issue pronto and with the minimum of stress or hassle. Also great about ASOS is their one year of free next day delivery option - provided at an outstanding price.

******* Please do not order from ASOS! ******** I was meant to get my delivery Friday I was not in and then got a email to say I had signed for it. Come home to no parcel anywhere checked with neighbours no parcel. Spoke to one person in ASOS who said he will refund me. Connection lost so the next person I spoke to said they have to investigate with dpd this could take 3-5 working days and I would have a response by 10th.. no response so had to chase up again myself to be told they hadn’t had a response from dpd so would take another 3-5 days!! Not happy at all as this is now fraud aswell that someone has signed something in my name.. regardless of what ur investigating I’m still without money and a parcel so for someone who is 8 months pregnant and 6 weeks before Christmas being 107 down is not ideal .. I have told them I will now be taking this so much further as the customer service is disgusting and they are the most unhelpful people ever. Will never ever shop with them again!!!!!

I wouldn't return faulty items for replacement as you might not get it back. The replacement process for me has involved 8 contacts with different customer service advisers at every point. I was told at first that I would be sent a replacement and that I should return the faulty item. I returned the faulty item and didn't receive anything after 8 days (3-5 day delivery expected). A refund for my purchase was then issued and I was told the item was no longer in stock. I contacted asking why I wasn't told this at the time (as I would've kept the it and made do). After 5 contacts I was finally told that the return/replacement department has a 48 hour delay and that the item must have gone out of stock in that time. I was not given a replacement and since ASOS was the cheapest retailer for this item I had to purchase the same item for much more elsewhere. I lost a significant amount of time dealing with the complaint and ended up spending more money than I wanted. The item in question was from Rains and could've have been replaced under their 12 month warranty has ASOS used it. The item is still in production and it seems that the item is only out of stock because ASOS don't wish to sell it anymore. Unacceptable processes behind the scenes led to an unacceptable outcome and this will likely happen again to other people.

They have frequent sales and offers which is great, and lots of choice. I like that they have videos as well as photos of models wearing the clothes so you can get a better idea of the cut of the clothes and how the fabric hangs etc. They have a lot of different options for delivery and returns which is really helpful, and anything I've returned has always been refunded promptly.

I am nearly 65, but from an early age have always been really interested in fashion and still like to dress well. ASOS as a company really do have their fingers on the fashion pulses...at a very competitive rate for all ages especially younger men and women who do not always have that much to fork out. I purchase most of my xmas gifts from ASOS.....this allows me to then go on to spoil myself. Onwards and upwards ASOS. Jim

I accidentally made an order to my old address, asos were able to sort it out even after the order had been despatched, and create a new order to the correct address! excellent customer service

Happy, I had an issue with delivery which they helped sort ASAP. They unfortuantly did not have the item in stock however quickly refunded me.
