“Extremely dissatisfied with this product. I bought this ProOne Water Filter 7 months ago and barely used it but as shown in the photo the filter has completely broken off its base. It now does not filter properly at all. When I did filter it before it had broken off like this it tasted like plastic. Not worth the money, it's incredibly expensive for filtered water that tastes terrible and for a filter that breaks off without any force added to it.”

“In the latest order I received from your business. Your team wrapped up my food storage containers in heavy black plastic for postage transport (which is a great postage prep). To open my delivery I had to use a knife to cut through the heavy plastic, only to find that the 5 gallion Mylar bags I have also ordered for the delivery were placed on the outside of the storage containers (directly under the black plastic) instead of the usual place of inside the containers. The end result was I cut through several of the Mylar bags with the knife. I was hoping to purchase more supplies of your business, but this was a cost blow! Regards DEAN FELLOWES”

Hi Andrew, thanks for your review. As per our previous discussions regarding the delivery of your order, Australia Post attempted delivery and then took your order to your local post office to await collection, I suspect this is because you requested delivery to a unit and the parcel was too large to fit into the mailbox. The parcel is being returned to us as it hasn't been collected. When I receive it back, I will process a refund for you. Kind regards, Candice

“Parcel never arrived. Australia Post have today confirmed parcel lost. Was a Christmas present, so disappointed. Have email to confirm, now have to apply for compensation. Such a total waste of time.”

“Great all the way until I had a need to return my purchase to be informed of a restock fee. There is no mention of a restock fee in the ts n cs. So instead of me placing an order for a replacement item with Aussie Storm Shop, I’ve now gone to another retailer. I’m very happy with the product and service at your competitor.”

“I ordered Katadyn Forte water desinfection. The product description read that the product was good for up to 2 years from purchase. I received a bottle with an expiriy date in June 23 (less than 3 months. I am still waiting for a replacement.”

“0 I was misled by what I ordered vs what I received. I made a complaint, misleading ad was modified - I was offered a $2 refund or free postage on an additional order to which I didn’t respond. I wanted the pack of tent pegs I thought I was ordering.”

“I never received it. It was supposed to be sent to a Australia Pist locker so I could collect it but was instead sent to the post office where I was unable to collect it during their opening hours due to working fulltime.”
