“The worst dealership I've dealt with. I've bought three vehicles from them in the last 4 yrs. With every purchase it gets worst. If you are getting a new ford take your money and run don't walk.”

“SCAM company. All good reviews are fake. No refunds after you finding out that they are cheaters. Have to block a card to stop them collecting money from your account. Instead of 30 us they will take 143us and monthly extra 30 us ignoring you when asking to stop do it.”

“Morning, I completed all required steps, paid the R1461 required and then I never received any mail confirming payment or the link to proceed. When querying it they cannot find my payment. But the money is off on my account. I will report this as a SCAM!! Thank you”

“I am STILL waiting for my refund!! I have been emailing because no one answers the phone. I keep getting emails back from margeaux saying my refund has been processed, yet I NEVER received my refund!! Do NOT buy this product!! It is a scam!! You will lose your money!!”

“Let me start by saying I purchased autoforward for 126 euros and the next day decided that it wasn't the right thing to do. I did not install the software. I used my 14 day money back guarantee that is written by law and offered by autoforward. They responded to my request and promised to me that the money would be returned. BUT they then blocked my emails and all communication and to this day almost one year later I have not received my refund. DO NOT BUY THIS APPLICATION BECAUSE THEY ARE CRIMINALS.”

“On April 14th, I was charged $143.86, thinking I was paying about $30 to get started. I checked my email and a lot of extra charges had been added without my permission. Once I discovered they had taken more from my account, I asked for a cancellation. I never used the activation code, and was glad I didn't because when I checked I found they had taken out so much more than I thought, and immediately emailed to cancel. Margaux Johnsons emailed me back on April 19th, 2022 and said that she was cancelling it. I wrote back on and on as follows and here are the responses. May 3rd she said the refund would show up in 3-5 days. I wrote back again and again after waiting the promised refund would take 3-5 days. May 9th and she said she had placed a tracer on the refund. On May 19th she said "escalated your concern to our refund supervisor for immediate processing." Still no refund as promised. on June 6th, after asking again she wrote "I can see that your refund was issued in our system. I do not see any reason for the delay. Some banks take longer to receive funds than others. Please give it one more day or two, if you do not see the funds returned to your account by then, please give us a call and we will trace it through the banking system for you." It is now June 11th, and I am still waiting. My main complaint is Much more money charged than advertised. A Refund was promised over and over again for months now stating it will take 3-5 days. No refund has ever been given. They say call us if you don't get the refund, but there is no way to talk to anyone when I have tried to call. I will update this complaint as resolved if I ever get the refund, so just if they come here and say the refund is processed doesn't mean it has unless I say I have been refunded.”

“If I could give a negative 100 stars I would. This company is a total fraud. I purchased the auto forward app and downloaded it on the target phone. All that uploaded were pictures and contacts and gps location a few hours late. So I decided to contact customer service and ask for some help. This lady replied back quickly enough and said that it takes up to 48 hours to download all the data. So I waited 4 days and still nothing. I emailed her back and said there’s still nothing uploaded and she said you will have to reinstall the application. So being as frustrated as I was I kept asking her for help and further questions which she replied that the application that I purchased is only able to download pictures, contacts, and gps info and that I should try cloning the phone. You can clone the phone if you have access to the target iCloud Id and password which you can do for free. This app that I purchased was supposed upload all data, text messages, all social media usage, basically everything the target phone is doing. But that’s not the case. It’s a total bait and switch and a total fraud. Do not purchase this item.”

“I asked for a refund the day I bought from them. They have consistently given me the run around ever since saying there was an issue with their system, they are getting the manager to call me, or they fixed it now so just wait longer! Worst customer service ever!”

“Do not purchase this app. It does not work. I tried to download the software and re-link many times and it did not work at all. I asked for my refund right away after trying many times which it was definitely before the 14 day period they give you to ask for a refund, a month and a half later I'm still waiting for my refund and by the looks of it they don't want to return my money. So basically you are wasting your money for getting absolutely nothing.”

“Do not purchase! Any smart phone has basic security that will constantly disable app! App is VERY detectable. There is a big icon that pops up that can not be hidden. AND company is fraud and shady. Customer service numbers don't work. Just til u to email support and hang up. Even tho it says 30 day refund they do not honor. Check them on BBB, it's run by the Powerline group. 198 complaints”

“I ordered auto forward and nothing emailed them immediately and they cancelled my account and promised me a refund. That was in april and now its july.. $89. Has never been refunded to me. I cant understand how they can take it from your account in one minute but cant seem to refund it within 3 months. This is the worst experience w an app I've ever encountered.”

“If I could give this service zero stars I would! I canceled this service after never using it because it was not what I thought it was. I was told I would receive a refund. I have been emailing trying to get my refund since April!! No one answers the phones and who ever is emailing back keeps saying my refund has been processed. No one will give me a phone number to speak with a supervisor! I am a single mom and every penny counts...yet these people stole $129 from me by refusing to give me my refund!! This product is a scam and no one should buy it!!!”

“Worst purchase I have ever made. Nothing works correctly and no one in supports knows how to fix it. I have had to uninstall and reinstall several times and that's all they know how to tell you. It's been a month and still no resolutions and $70 down the drain. Scam scam scam.”

“5 Stars are for the Ghost Team, Auto Forward is a bad app and a dubious company!. They will just take your money from you... I had to go with reviews and recommendations I got from my friends around about Ghost Team so I contacted him and told him what I really wanted from my wife's phone like her messages and all so now I see all what she's dose on her device so best believed to her I don't know about anything, but thanks to this firm for the help rendered. I see her messages, calls she take, her location e. T. c I'll speak well of them Hackcloners @ G M A I L. C O M Contact them.”

“This company is a real scam! First, I ordered the software, was charged double the price. Next the link didn't work, so I messaged the company (the same day as purchased) about the cost and that the instructions were not as advertised and further that the link was not working. I was promised a full refund back in February. I have continued to send messages to Fran Ferrara, the Accounting/Customer Service Manager, who had promised the refund. She said to expect a refund in 3-4 days. Since then, she does not answer my emails and no refund has been issued. My bank has not been able to get any answers from them either. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!”
