Repaired a stone chip the agent Kevin from Inverness was Punctual polite and professional. He completed the repair very efficiently if other businesses were to copy autowindscreens model it would make life much easier and efficient. Thankyou.

Would be 0 stars but cannot be given. Promised fitting of glass between 09.15 and 11.15 but did not turn up. Customer services are a complete joke promising fitter would call but as yet no call. So i cancelled and have another company doing work as i write this review,and this bunch of cowboys want to charge a cancellation fee of £35.00. In my opinion if you need glass for your car try elsewhere first i know i should have. These guys give the muppets a bad name.

Absolute cowboys! Workmanship terrible ended up with glass all over the bonnet! Broken clips on trim! Glass left all over the seat! Never use these again!

phoned up earlier in the week to have a rear windscreen fitted, the team were very helpful and it was arranged to be fitted Saturday when we were at home. our fitter George turned up as arranged, explained every thing and did a fantastic job in the SNOW. would definitely use again

Terrible customer service , first of all my new screen turned up scratched so got taken back so lost a day off work . Then the new screen turned up but the engineer accidentally broke my silver trim on my Audi my window in drivers side would not line up so left with huge gap . Thank god it hasn't rained or my seats would of got wet . Then I was told they would order a full set of trim so it didn't look odd . But only tuned up with one part . So that went back . Now going to lose another day off work in total that will be 4 days lose if earnings for me . I can understand accidents happen but no compensation for losing this timecoff work and still not full set of trim as the car is a 03 plate and clearly they only want to put one piece of new trim that doesn't match the rest and they think I'm happy with there work and customer services. Waiting for calls back constant lies with never use again . Disgusting hate being lied to and messed about so much . Issue still not resolved just get told by complaints they will fit one bit of trim that don't match and I'm not being given anything for the time I've lost of work due to there mistake

I have two vehicles insured, one with The AA and one with Marks & Spencers car insurance. Both of these insurers provide windscreen repair as part of their policy (via Autowindscreens), with an excess being £75. I've made use of this feature of my motor policy, and both times (regardless of insurer) Autowindscreens was the actual company who provided the repair service. I've had the front full-screen fully replaced on an ageing 1994 Mercedes E220, and I asked Autowindscreens to come to my place of work to do the task. They were able to book my repair to be done without two days. The technician that came to remove my old screen was professional and went out of his way to help me (he gave me a quick lift to my local Tesco (as my vehicle could not be driven until the glue securing the new windscreen had cured/dried)). On the second car (a 2005 Vauxhall Astra), I had a minor crack that was filled with an air-bubble, I asked Autowindscreens to pop around to my house to do the task and as before, they were able to book a visit from a technician within two days. The technician came to my house, explained what he was going to do and finished the job within 25 minutes (he used a vacuum pump to remove the air bubble and injected some sort of glass resin into the crack). He informed me that my £75 excess would be refunded as he didn't need to swap out my full windscreen. I am thoroughly pleased with this company's ability to book an appointment that's convenient to me (time and location wise), and I am pretty impressed with their technician's attitudes to customer-care. I can also vouch for their customer after-care, I called their main 0800 customer support number and asked for a copy of my receipts to be resent to my email address and they honoured my request within the hour of me asking. Give these folks a try when you next need your windscreen replaced or a minor crack fixed -- especially if your car insurance policy covers windscreens, then it's pretty much a no-brainer!

Kevin from Inverness carried out my replacement windscreen on 19th December 16. I received an advance telephone call to let me know when he would arrive. The replacement went smoothly. Very pleased with the service. Thank you

When I phoned up on Friday after my car had just been broken into I was told I had just made the cut off and a new pavenger window was on order to be fitted. Saturday morning came and i got a call saying the window did not arrive after I was told friday night on the phone it had i was told a technician would come out and put a plastic replacement in and then fix the window the following day. It's now the following sunday and I've been told it's not booked till Monday afternoon. So not only have i been broken In to I've been lied two twice all at the cost of 80 pounds. The service was great id give it 4 stars had i not been lied to twice. Once over the phone and to my face. If they just said it will be Monday I would have been fine with that but being left in the dark and have my while weekend messed up when I have a lot of stuff to do is bloody annoying. her

Kept me informed of when they would turn up. Turned up at specified time. First Class job. Thank you George you are a star (in fact 5 stars). Cleared up all broken glass and left my car looking like new.

Didn't turn up in the 2 hour time slot they had organised. And decided to reschedule for a later time without even notifying me!! Only found out by ringing to complain that the appointment had changed. They didn't think to call.....Meant I had to rush around to find someone else to collect my child from school. Complained to the customer service team and received a poor version of an apology. Very disapointed.

Auto windscreens replace the windscreen on my old ford capri . Barry arrived and took time to do the job he made sure everything was perfect . Would recomend Auto Windscreens to anyone without a doubt.

Just popped (Saturday morning) in to Auto windscreens (Hull) re my appointment time to have my wife's windscreen replaced on Monday morning and Carl the fitter greeted me (What a nice bloke) said he had time to do it now so left car and picked it up 90 minutes later DONE and DUSTED. Auto windscreens you should be proud of the competency of your staff and the friendly service they have provided me today. Carl (who fitted the screen for me) have a great Xmas my friend and thanks again for a first class service and job carried out WELL DONE Auto Windscreens highly recommended to all.
