“Company spoke to my husband and then rang me as promised to finalise insurance details on my van. Service was pleasant and efficient and documents duly arrived Via email and written confirmation.”

“Once you get through repeating the same information several times then you will find the employees very courteous and helpful despite having the handicap of cooperate corporation performance targets and expectations. However, they do need to dismiss the automatic renewal service as this usually involves the customer searching on line for a much better deal, finding it, then having to phone yourselves asking you if you can equal or better it.... Low and behold you come in around 50 quid cheaper!!, wtf! Why not save me having to search for a better deal if you can better it? Why not just offer me the best deal in first place? Just curiosity here but did you guys have anything to do with the design and construction of Apollo 13?. , challenger space shuttle perhaps?, if not, you guys really missed your vocation .”

Autonet are an insurance broker and work with many insurers to provide competitive premiums to the market place. When a policy is due for renewal, we search our panel and look for the most suitable product based on the information we have available at the time. “Great communication with this company. They are sending text mssgs so you can't miss an email. They have also called and explained / discussed my insurance. Last but not least - their prices are the best I have found.”

“selected to insure with Autonet plus after finding them on a comparison site. They weren't the cheapest but had the cover that I required which was considerably cheaper that the renewal quote from my existing company. Straight forward filling in of online forms and the receipt of documents by return. Simply and efficiently achieved, would recommend.”

“They sell you insurance then they threaten you the they are going to cancel it because you have not given your license then you have to do a DVDs check steer clear if I was you”

“they looked for the best insurance for me with the same requirements. normally you just get a quote from the same one as last year. then if you phone up to cancel they say they can look round for a better deal. i`m sorry, but is that not what they should be doing anyway? i thought you where paying for a service? if they`re not getting you the best deal, all your paying the extra for is for the bill to be passed to you through them surely. Autonet did look around, so full marks to them.”

“As someone who neither has a computer or land line , the options available to chat to someone about my insurance is very limited. As i only have a mobile it is not fair to expect me to phone an 0800 number at great expense to myself to discuss my policy. It would be better if another number be available that is not so expensive so in future I could contact company. I'm sure others too are not happy with an 0800 number being the only choice. Though all other matters pertaining to my renewal went smoothly. I did not however need weekly letter reminders sent to me, for a month prior. One was sufficient.”

Hi Graham, Thank you very much for taking the time to get in touch. At Autonet, we offer and "03" number for our Customer Service department. These calls cost no more than and "01" or "02" numbers and are included in call packages from many providers (please check with your provider for full details). In terms of your renewal documents, we send reminder documents to ensure that customers are given the opportunity to check the cover being offered and also to let us know if they do not want to go ahead with the policy.
