Writing a bad review seems to be the only way to have a small chance of any customer service! So here goes! Ordered a dress for a wedding which is in 7 days time. They sent me the dress in the wrong size. I went on to see their returns policy to be told I have to pay for a label I PRINTED WITH MY PRINTER and postage. Even though the return is no fault of my own. It goes on to say on their returns policy if they've received a damaged or wrong item to contact them to rectify. Which iv done. 4 times. No reply. I then go check my bank statement to see they've took not one payment but 2 payments of different amounts!!! Contacted them again on both email and social media nothing! Iv had to open a dispute with my bank in hopes ill get my money back! Absolute scam artists!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I'm trying to contact ax Paris for 3 days now so they can give me a returns label so I can send back the items I don't want. The only response I got was a copy of their returns policy which I already know. Unfortunately the link to Royal mail returns label hasn't provided me with a label. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR COMMUNICATION. Haven't experienced this kind of abysmal service before.

My first and definitely my last order Really wish I had taken the time to read reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered two dresses for a special occasion, when the package arrived, I opened it to find i had been sent completely the wrong dresses. I emailed them straight away to explain what the problem was, but here I am 6 emails and a couple of DMs later and I’m still waiting for a response. I’m having to return the dresses at my own expense, I suppose that’s not the end of the world, but there’s nothing more frustrating than being blatantly ignored. I can only imagine that I’ll have another battle on my hands trying to get a refund. Surprise surprise, I knew this would happen. The god awful service continues as I am now battling to get a refund for the incorrect order they sent me. This is what’s happened so far: 1. I place an order in good faith 2. I get sent the wrong item completely 3. I email promptly explaining the error 4. AX reply asking me for more information ie. initialled paperwork and photos 5. I send the information promptly 6. AX don’t reply 7. I chase a response 8. AX ignore my emails 9. I chase again 10. I am forced to write a negative review on trustpilot 11. AX read the review and respond asking me to return the items for a refund 12. I return the items by special delivery within a couple of days. I add a note in the package saying this is a complaint and not to deduct any amount for postage because I was sent the wrong items in the first place. 13. I wait 21 days for a refund 14. I receive an email saying I have a credit note not a refund because my return was outside 14 days It’s only outside 14 days because AX failed to reply to my emails.

I ordered a dress from AX Paris at £19.99 + Postage cost of £4.95. The dress itself looked cheap and wasn't something I wanted to keep so I returned the item accepting that I would have to pay for postage again but when it come to my refund I was given back £16.04 out of £24.94! - they had charged me postage PLUS VAT that I never paid in the first place so they are taking VAT off people and then when questioning this their response was that we can claim it back through 'Our Countries Tax System' absolute joke of company, will not be using again. Be warned that when you return your item you will be charged VAT meaning you pay VAT on absolutely nothing in the end because you have nothing to show for it.

Terrible returns policy. You end up out of pockets as you pay for shipping and returns. Sizing is not true to fit so wouldn’t recommend

Ordered a few dresses, nice quality but despite using the actual measurements provided on the site, they were all way too big. Returned them all, thats where the problems began. The customer service team were alway polite and friendly but just gave the usual wait two weeks then was told to wait another eight days. It was over a month, luckily my bank have taken it up with them, but I’ve still not heard anything from the company . Won’t be ordering from them again, overall really disappointing. I recommend avoiding!

Customer service is non existent. Have sent numerous emails over the last month about a faulty dress, none have been replied to. I have even written on their Facebook page but still bo reply. I will never order from these again! Absolutely shocking company!

I sent a return over £150 back over a month ago and they won’t refund me. Nobody will reply, nobody is helpful. They owe me money and won’t give it back. Do not order from here.

Do not order through this company. The dress I ordered got delivered to the wrong address (in a different country) Customer service is non existent, I have emailed tracking information to prove I haven’t received my order but they will not respond.

Absolutely shocking service. Sent back items of clothing that I had bought from this company, received confirmation through parcel tracking that the goods had been delivered, but no refund. Have emailed so called customer services twice and no response. Doesn't look like I will be getting my money back either from some of the comments on here. Wish I had read these first, I would never have ordered from this site if I had.

You get charged £3.50 for postage. I returned item and was charged over £7 for this. How is that fair? Won't be ordering from here again.

Do not buy from this company at all. Customer service does not exist at all, they have not responded or come back to me at all regarding my refund for a parcel I now sent back 2 months ago. It’s absolutely shocking service considering I’m the one who has had to constantly chase for a response and being constantly ignored!!! It’s really frustrating when they are holding onto my refund for no reason at all!! Will have to report to trading standards

Absolutely shocking service ordered next day delivery on two dresses 7 days ago and still not received them! I have emailed customer services 5 times with no reply I will be contacting trading standards and never use this company again and would strongly advise people not to order with them as you don’t receive your items and customer service doesn’t seem to exist!

The quality of the clothing is shocking, I ordered a size 10 and 12 in a dress the 10 was bigger than the 12. One dress had marks on it and the other had a hole on it from not being stitched properly. I have now returned them and it’s been 2 weeks- no refund yet.

Reluctantly 1 star due to the poor returns. Never expected any return to be so difficult and they charge as well as charge for postage. Poor service. Resin for return. Colour of dress nothing like the website and well over priced

I really like their clothing but it’s a shame that there is no customer service. I sent an item back for a refund on 30th of June. After 3 weeks I had not had a refund or confirmation that it had been received so emailed them with proof of postage. I had a pretty generic response stating I had to wait 15 working days for a refund after it had been received. I replied asking how long I had to wait for it be “received” and had no response. Followed up with another email when it had been 5 weeks, it’s been 6 weeks now and still no response or refund.

My best advice is do not buy from this company!!! There is no customer service and you will not receive any refunds!!! I’m reporting them to trading standards!!!
