“Ordered a few dresses, nice quality but despite using the actual measurements provided on the site, they were all way too big. Returned them all, thats where the problems began. The customer service team were alway polite and friendly but just gave the usual wait two weeks then was told to wait another eight days. It was over a month, luckily my bank have taken it up with them, but I’ve still not heard anything from the company . Won’t be ordering from them again, overall really disappointing. I recommend avoiding!”

“Customer service is non existent. Have sent numerous emails over the last month about a faulty dress, none have been replied to. I have even written on their Facebook page but still bo reply. I will never order from these again! Absolutely shocking company!”

“Do not order through this company. The dress I ordered got delivered to the wrong address (in a different country) Customer service is non existent, I have emailed tracking information to prove I haven’t received my order but they will not respond.”

“Absolutely shocking service. Sent back items of clothing that I had bought from this company, received confirmation through parcel tracking that the goods had been delivered, but no refund. Have emailed so called customer services twice and no response. Doesn't look like I will be getting my money back either from some of the comments on here. Wish I had read these first, I would never have ordered from this site if I had.”

“Do not buy from this company at all. Customer service does not exist at all, they have not responded or come back to me at all regarding my refund for a parcel I now sent back 2 months ago. It’s absolutely shocking service considering I’m the one who has had to constantly chase for a response and being constantly ignored!!! It’s really frustrating when they are holding onto my refund for no reason at all!! Will have to report to trading standards”

“Absolutely shocking service ordered next day delivery on two dresses 7 days ago and still not received them! I have emailed customer services 5 times with no reply I will be contacting trading standards and never use this company again and would strongly advise people not to order with them as you don’t receive your items and customer service doesn’t seem to exist!”

“The quality of the clothing is shocking, I ordered a size 10 and 12 in a dress the 10 was bigger than the 12. One dress had marks on it and the other had a hole on it from not being stitched properly. I have now returned them and it’s been 2 weeks- no refund yet.”

“I really like their clothing but it’s a shame that there is no customer service. I sent an item back for a refund on 30th of June. After 3 weeks I had not had a refund or confirmation that it had been received so emailed them with proof of postage. I had a pretty generic response stating I had to wait 15 working days for a refund after it had been received. I replied asking how long I had to wait for it be “received” and had no response. Followed up with another email when it had been 5 weeks, it’s been 6 weeks now and still no response or refund.”

“AVOID!!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I ordered a jumpsuit to wear for my sons christening and when it arrived it looked a totally different pattern and colour than on the website. I would never have ordered it if it had been pictured correctly and not filtered to the extreme as I now know it has. I contacted the company over a month ago to try to arrange a refund as you have to pay to return items - which I am not happy to do since the item is pictured falsely. It took over a week for someone to get back to me and the advisor clearly did not read my email at all and sent me a standard response about waiting for a refund (despite my email stating I had not returned the item yet). In over a month I have received 2 emails from them, neither of which actually addressed my problem. I am now receiving absolutely zero communication from them, they simply do not reply to emails. I will never ever use this company again and will do my utmost to try to get my friends and family to avoid them. I am so disappointed and frustrated at the whole nightmare.”

“Do not buy from here!!! I ordered a dress from this company, and didn’t suit me so I sent back. I understand £3.95 of the order doesn’t get refunded to cover the cost of the return which is fine. But they’ve kept more of my money from the order and have no explanation as to why. Worst customer service ever, and they don’t respond to any emails. Girls please don’t buy from here, worst experience of online shopping ever”

“Appalling customer service with only method of contact and email address that they don’t respond to. I bought something two weeks ago and chased for an update as it got lost. When it arrived 9 days after it was supposed to it was in a bag addressed to someone else with my address stuck over it, the items had clearly been taken out by someone else and shoved back in and returned. There was no returns label inside, it had been ripped off but my name was on the paperwork. They have a 14 day window to return and it hadn’t even arrived within that window. Ive been waiting for a refund before I send back and have had no response. I returned another rites that did arrive on time which I sent on Special Delivery. It arrived at AX Paris returns a week ago and they still haven’t processed the return or contact me. Horrendous company.”
