“This Review is for the gardening manager Will at Swansea Morfa. Will kindly donated a Christmas tree and decorations to a St Joseph's RC school, Clydach. We can now use the usual tree funds for our toilets rebuild fundraiser. Every penny counts in our £30,000 fundraiser. Thank you from myself, staff and children of St Joseph's”

“Just wanted to give a big thank you to a lovely lady called Joyce from the Roneo Corner store in Romford. She was very helpful and went out of her way to locate a product for me to pick up in store later the same day to complete my fitted worktops. Also very pleased with my worktops ordered from b and q and delivered on time. Thank you”

“I am a current customer and have had just but good experiences buying at B&Q Durham but this evening Keith and Nico made feel very welcome; they not just explained in detail when answering a couple of questions I asked but they both spoke Spanish to me! Honestly, it makes a huge difference when someone tries to speak your language. Many thanks and 'Well done B & Q' for contracting people who can speak other languages rather than English.”

“We were very satisfied with the service we received from B&Q Castlepoint, from the young man who served us to the men who delivered the flooring, the service was outstanding in every respect. We were given a phone call thirty minutes before their arrival and arrived on time. Keith & Bruce couldn’t do enough, nothing was too much trouble. They were an absolute delight. “Had to return a bathroom sink to the Plymouth branch, phoned before visit and spoke to Mark who checked stock and put one back for me as I was travelling some distance. Contacted him within store and he continued his excellent customer service. Thank you Mark for this really positive experience.”

“I had a kitchen design appointment with Karen at your Maidstone store on August 9th 2018 ( hmmmm a while ago). Karen was excellent at her job, extremely helpful with knowledgable suggestions toward completing the best and most affordable kitchen design for me. I would thoroughly recommend karen as a B and Q design consultant.”

“This afternoon I visited the Gt Yarmouth (Norfolk) store and had an unhelpful encounter with a lady while trying to purchase some tape for the ends of my new work tops . Not to be deterred my friend and I went to the kitchen department and met a young man called Daniel who was outstanding , he was polite helpful and courteous and immediately found what I was looking for ordered it . ( Having been told by the lady it was no longer available ) and arranged delivery to an alternate address all done with quiet efficiency and he even took us to the till with my receipt to pay . I didn't catch his last name but young man was an excellent example of good customer service”

“I have shopped at B&Q in Chard a number of times now. All the staff have been unfailingly polite and helpful, whether ordering a paint colour not usually stocked, or advising which Christmas tree would be best for me. I have found their customer service to be far superior to some of the larger stores and now shop at the hard store for preference.”

“My own experience with B & Q Customer Service in Nottingham has been excellent! After visiting the store to purchase a desk light and bulb I discovered that I had been given the wrong bulb. When I phoned them up Customer Service was apologetic and really helpful. The Head of the Lighting Department, Gillian, phoned me back. She was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond the call of duty of help in a way that is so rare these days. Good customer service is in short supply with so many businesses and I applaud B & Q for their excellent service. I will certainly be using them again. Many thanks Gillian and B & Q.”

“I was at B&Q Hemerston Edinburgh today and I was looking for tiles which I was told the ones I wanted by customer service were in Isle 12 and 14, my wife and I looked all around both isles twice taking our time but just couldn't find the ones we wanted so I spoke to a B&Q assistant called Tom he also looked for them for us to find them under a pile of other tiles, he done a great job very polite and professional and I couldn't thank him enough thank you Tom.”

“Visited Cwmbran store to order Fence panels, Garden gate etc. Not knowing where to start, I asked a member of staff from the garden dept to help me. Darren was absolutely amazing. He advised me of everything I needed and arranged delivery for when I needed it. He even said he would sort out the best fence panels for me. Wonderful customer service, valuable member of staff. Please pass on my thanks to him.”
