“I had no help from B&Q in Rhyl and had to travel to the Llandudno store. What a huge difference. Bob and fash were really helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help me with my laminated flooring and ensured Chester had the goods and Fash ordered them and helped me work out how much I needed. So its full marks to two extremely great staff members. Bob and fash and the helpful lady on the till . I came away not believing the difference in the treatment I received compared to Rhyl. Thankyou.”

“The B&Q member of staff at culverhouse in Cardiff Keith- deserves a special mention for his helpfulness . He explained/demonstrated the patio set which we wanted to buy , how to build etc and then helped us out of the store and load into our car . An absolute credit to B&Q.”

“To the B&Q delivery guys who delivered to me in Liskeard this morning, thank you for the service of dropping my OSB boards into my garage. I know this is a pretty simple task however it was the way you spoke to me, the politeness and the don’t worry, we’ve got this attitude, didn’t have to lift a finger. Thanks guy, appreciated. “Went to Gloucester store today. Bumped into Roger (showrooms) who was happy to show us around. We told him what we wanted bathroom sink with unit combined, shower cubicle & fittings. He showed us a few choices of what we asked for, checked to see if It was all in store, it was so we loaded up the car. He was polite, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service. Happy customer :-)”

“Went in store today and was really happy with the 2 members of staff who assisted me. 1 woman was working in the garden centre area and was very pleasant and helpful The other member of staff was a young woman called shardonay she helped me out to my car with my heavy purchases andoaded them into the car for me she was cheerful and pleasant. And strong as she lifted a big bag of compost and bag of slate chippings so a big thank you to both”

“Called into Chesterfield B&Q yesterday for some wood. We were helped by a wonderful friendly funny guy called Shaun who even cut the wood for us. We also needed some silicone and was helped by Vick who was informative and helpful. Always believe in credit where credits due, people are always too easy to criticise. Thankyou guys 😀”

“Just collected last of tiles, tried to sort on line as hadn’t got all I required at one store. The stores team at the Sutton in Ashfield branch telephone other stores and managed to hold them until we arrived to collect. Excellent service, happy customers thank you”

“Great service at Salisbury B&Q, needed a paint mixed but no base available, The lovely Lisa telephoned when it was in and kept to one side for me. Then Nicky with the amazing coloured hair, served me with a smile albeit under a mask. Well done Salisbury.”

“Experienced great customer service. I was served by Mark who was efficient and polite. But Laura the assistant manager was so helpful and kind. I had a lot of shopping with me she took my hanging basket and walked with me to my car. This was customer service above and beyond amazing I will visit again soon”
