“I'm not a great fan of big DIY shops but have to share my experience of B&Q. I went in asking for a load of MDF to be cut to size. The staff were so helpful, never made me feel like I was being any trouble at all. All at a great price. Great service.”

“Unable to order fencing and decorative stones online so the order was taken on the phone. The assistant was very helpful and gave clear instructions about the delivery. I received the text the night before with a 2 hour window and the delivery driver rang to tell me he would arrive in the following 30 minutes. He arrived on time and it was a very tricky delivery as there were cars parked outside my house. The driver operated the hydraulic lift into my front garden with great care and skill. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the whole experience from ordering to delivery was excellent. I will have no hesitation in using B&Q again.”

“I went to b&q in Halifax today, julia at the counter helped us with our kitchen tile order, sorted everything out and slotted us in to create kitchen, zaid was great showing us how our kitchen woild look, bighly recommend”

“My husband & I called into your store at Riverside Nottinghamshire today to look at designer radiators, without asking for help one of your store staff called Nigel approached us & asked if he could do anything to help us, we took him up on his offer and he helped us enormously with his advice & also pointed things out to us about the product that we had not thought of. He was extremely helpful & pleasant and I actually passed comment to him about this. Thank you Nigel. He is a credit to your Company. We shall be returning next week to purchase the product, hopefully Nigel will serve us.”

“Off the shelf kitchen units and worktops. Available without order good quality great prices and they offer a really large discount to trade which is excellent. A man helpfully cut some of my products on a big cutting machine and was pleasant even though this is a free service.”

Helpful and quick service from him and Departmental Manager Has who pointed out special offers on quality products. Many thanks, don’t usually get this kind of bespoke service in a chain store, very impressed.”

“I like the range of product the shop carries, and the availability to order online. More than everything, though, I value the way in which I am treated when in store. Even when I am wholly clueless, I have never been talked down to. As a female customer in a "man's" shop, and having received a very different treatment in similar shops, this is very important to me.”

“Halesowen branch. Bought a shed which needed to be dismantled. Two members of staff, John and Raj helped with advice and assistance, beyond their customer service and need a 'pat on the back'. You have a very good store used frequently by us. 22.02.18.”
