“I ordered sheets to fit a Stokke cot. All 3 colours were listed as being in stock. After several days I had an email to say these weren’t in stock but would be in a week. I waited over 5 weeks, being told each time that I enquires that they a delivery was expected within a week. In the end I gave up and requested a refund, which was swiftly processed. These are the cheapest DKGlove sheets advertised so 2 months later I reordered them as they were again advertised as being in stock. The next day I got an email to say they weren’t in stock. When I questioned why they are shown as being in stock and sent screen shots showing that they’re all listed as being available I was told this is an issue with the website. I found it totally unacceptable and requested a refund immediately, which was quickly processed. I don’t think they can be trusted to deliver what you order, regardless of whether it’s listed as in stock, so it’s a frustrating experience.”

“Placed an order for 4 playpens to be fitted to rooms for our Sunday school. Paid for next day delivery and they arrived as ordered. I was sent tracking information so I could arrange for a time that suited me. Very happy, easy website to use, definitely would use again.”

“I ordered some items in August and I am still waiting for them to arrive! A few after the order was placed, I was emailed to say they were not in stock (not mentioned when making order) and would be in stock in 1-2 weeks, and asked if I wanted to change my order. 2 weeks was fine so I was happy to wait. 3 weeks later, having not received anything in the post and after not hearing anything from the company on whether items had arrived or not, I chased them up to be told there was still no date when they would arrive. I have now partially refunded the items that are still not in stock and am still awaiting the remainder items that were in stock. However, even this was not dispatched ‘immediately’ as I was told and yet again I had to chase this up! I asked for a voucher or some sort of compensation for my two month wait, but apparently the company does not deem it appropriate and clearly thinks a two month wait (plus! As I still haven’t received items) is acceptable! Avoid buying from here to save a few pounds and buy elsewhere where you will receive the items quickly and have decent customer service! UPDATE: I did not receive a refund for the last item that was sent out to me as stated in the response from company.”

“I'd never heard of this company until Bounty sent me an email with an offer on. I used them and had great customer service. Delivery was 2 days later than expected but I didn't mind to be honest - it may have been because of the volume of orders after the Bounty email, I don't know? Anyway, delivered by DPD (ie not a terrible cheap courier company) and given an hour time slot on the day which is like gold dust these days! Well done Baby Security on your choice of couriers! :-) Will definitely use again if the price is right!”
