“Your system is not friendly to fixing issues on submitted jobs. I am glad that you let me know that there was a problem with the design. In years past you did not notify me that there were issues. The design is now fixed, but at the extra expense to me for shipping 2 separate orders that you received on the same day being delivered to to same address in two separate containers. But I guess that's ok since I'm the one paying for it. Sometimes y'all are GREAT. BUT, times like this, makes me think I need to look elsewhere to get my banners printed. You show NO customer service skills to help the customer. Your motto should be "Take or leave it, this is what we do! Nothing extra. If Management would like to call me that would be great. 713-857-9119 Jerry Keeth”

“The UI makes it impossible to properly preview things. The website also crashed after I initially tried to place my order for over $900 worth of banners. Prices have gone up.”

“When attempting to purchase using a card a notification pops up saying "Please check your information" but it does not specify what went wrong. We had to resort to using paypal instead of our preferred method.”

“as a tax exempt customer who has already submitted a certificate it is not clear how a customer gets the tax back. Is it necessary to apply each time or is the name recognized and tax refunded?”

“The help in creating the banner was exceptional. The Shipping not so much. We paid for Express shipping and FedEx did not receive an Express shipping order. Made the order late for customer. Very Bad. Banner Quality Good. However, after screwed up delivery two banners arrived with wrong banner stand. Still waiting on refund of Sales Taxes and Express Shipping cost.”

“I tried to speak to someone on the phone about checking on something for the design. She was incredibly rude. She said that I needed to hit submit 1st to buy it, then I could call back to tell the art department that I needed to approve the design. I tried to explain that I was about to hit submit, but wanted to speak to someone 1st, because the last time we bought a sign it was not sent to us for approval before being printed, so that is why I was calling BEFORE I bought it. She spoke to me like I was dumb, but was not realizing that the reason for my concern was because it was not my experience with this company to just wait and they would contact me. I was trying to be as polite as possible, but she was so condescending it was impossible to speak to her. She ended up hanging up on me. I just wanted to speak to someone in the art department about my question and she refused to help. I am seriously considering using my old company that I worked for for future sign orders. They are further away, but are always willing to help.”

“this is my 4th time ordering this project, every time (i hope not this time) my order gets cancelled because something went wrong with the website, or the template, i have asked for free shipping for the many inconveniences, i got some complicated customer service response not worth following through”

“Design was difficult and support was limited. I tried the chat but didn't get any useful information. I am not sure the design turned out good. Do we get a preview? Do you check to make sure pictures are not blurry?”

“I"ve ordered several times from Banners On The Cheap and have never had an issue. I'm sad to report that this order has had several mishaps. The biggest issue was with a rep who seems dot be in too big a hurry. I w trying to figure a discrepancy between an order that was supposed to have been cancelled and the new one I had placed. I was trying to help him understand the situation but he kept pressing about cancelling and ended up canceling the wrong order. So now I'm having to resubmit and will miss my deadline for having the item.”
