“Great products, great prices, only issue was delivery date. I selected a specific date and it was delivered 3 days early without any notice. Had I got notice I could have arranged to be home instead the hamper was left outside in the rain.”

“Very happy with product, choice and service. Timely response to my inquiries. Was uncertain and unclear about when my order would be shipped and delivered. This caused anxiety as I feared my Xmas gift delivery would not be timely. This lack of clarity was due to my having to choose an advanced delivery date (in following week as this was earliest option) despite my being informed via chat that delivery would be sooner. It turned out delivery was earlier - as per chat. If it hasn’t been then I Xmas gift wouldn’t have been delivered when desired, and would not have got to my client until after holidays - which would have been a disaster. So all woke out great in the end - but would suggest better clarity on delivery next time. Many thanks, Ken”

“We had a little issue with the fresh perishables hamper being delivered and not receiving any notification that the delivery had been made, so the hamper sat for 5 days unrefrigerated at the company reception. Ciséain Go Leor were good enough to replace the perished items free of charge, and to make changes to their notification procedure so that such instances could be avoided for their customers in the future. I think the way that they dealt with this was very honorable and decent, even if it did take several emails and phone calls before I could adequately explain the situation to someone who was able to address the situation. The feedback I received about the hamper by the recipient was 100% positive - they were very impressed with the hamper and commented on the high quality and quantity of items in the hamper - not just an ordinary hamper! I was very pleased that the hamper was well received and enjoyed, and ultimately I think this is a very good company with high-quality hampers that are sure to please. I will purchase again, and recommend this company and product to anyone looking for an upmarket hamper to send.”

“Lovely hamper delivered to my sister-in-law on time and looked fab, the only flaw was that it was missing the gift message which I included so she had no idea who it was from. Didn't take long to figure out so all good. Would definitely order from this place again, really lovely service and great selection of hampers.”

“The basket was fantastic. My sisters was delighted with it. The only problem was there is no weekend delivery. It's difficult for a sick person to take delivery so it's important to have delivery when family are at home.”

“My Mom absolutely loved her hamper, she is still enjoying it weeks after Mother's day. The rose plant had loads of buds and put a smile on her face. Would definitely recommend a hamper for any occasion”

Hi Michael, Thank you very much for leaving a review. We do our utmost to include as many Irish food suppliers and products as possible, and the vast majority of our items are. However it isn't always possible, and there are also some really lovely and unusual food items available from companies outside Ireland which we think brings variety and interest to our gift baskets. Please also understand that a lot of companies have been struggling with supply due to all the issues associated with the pandemic. This, whilst demand for our online gift service has dramatically increased! We've sometimes had to find alternative suppliers to supplement what our usual suppliers have been able to provide us with. It's been a very challenging 12 months, and we are relieved that we've been able to keep our gift delivery service afloat, operational and continuing to exceed expectations.
