I called in to place my order because the website was giving me the wrong total. When talking to the representative she placed the order and change the store pick up to a New Jersey store. I live in California. It has been a nightmare dealing with the customer service. I have been given wrong information that don’t know what they are doing. Bath and body use to have excellent service not any more.

Store associate Angie at the green tree location in Katy Texas is extremely extremely rude. My online order wasn’t completed correctly and she act like it was my fault. Told me to get in line when I found the correct item. Angie never apologized just simply rude. Don’t know why I keep shopping with BBW.

I have excellent experience with and extremely excellent staff in the branch of mirdef city center .. his name is Khalid .. what an inspiring personality .. he showed keen interest in supporting the coroners to utmost satisfaction … thanks you

I had one of your Wallflowers start leaking Brown sticky stuff out of the side. It was pretty gross but when I took it into the store they said that was normal when it gets old which is very weird. Plus the plug-in was only under a year old. So that doesn't make any sense that that's what happens when they get old. They shouldn't have a expiration date. If they do it should be on the package because they are not cheap. The girl just said that was policy and there was nothing they could do. I will be switching to a different plug-in from now on. I was very disappointed in your store. That is horrible customer service.

Ordered some wallflower refills off bath and body works Australian website. After a week of my order sitting in the Australian post tracking app as not sent I enquired what was happening. They said my mailing address was incorrect. Which was then confirmed. I am still waking a month after my order was sent. Enquired again as a month is ridiculous with no tracking details and haven’t heard back and been ignored. What an absolute joke. Worst customer service. Considering there aren’t many stores in Australia and most of us have to order online, I think you need to up your service. Regret buying the wallflowers while on holidays now as not I can’t get refills locally. Waste of money and waste of time.

Wallflowers do not hold up. Eventually they will stain and will leak. I have several of them plugged in throughout my home and I have become dissatisfied with the quality of the product! I have several designs and the ones I have will no doubt have to be thrown out. I’ve decided to stop wasting my money and will not be purchasing these items any longer. They are just not worth the money.

I ordered some products, have NEVER got them but they charged my card, of course. I called customer service and sent an email twice, of course no response. I will never buy anything from them again, and I advise everyone against this one . The worst company ever!!!

I have been using BBW for over 20 years. I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with the new fragrances. They smell absolutely terrible. Every time I like a scent they discontinue it. The only one that they have managed to keep is the lavender vanilla in the aromatherapy and Japanese Cherry Blossom. What happened to the awesome fragrances like BLACK CURRENT VANILLA??? Or RESTFUL MOON??? Among a few others that have been stupidly discontinued only to introduce other scents that smell awful! You can only get those on eBay or Etsy and they are asking OUTRAGEOUS prices. Ridiculous and disappointing.

For the last 2 years the candles keep going up in price and the quality keeps going down. They're using products that burn faster so the candles don't last as long and they're skimping big time on the scents. I've gotten many candles that don't smell at all or hardly any. I stopped buying them and refused to reward a company that is not doing the customer right. It's such a shame because they used to be great.

On 9/22/24 I started an online order. There was 1 item a Pumpkin Ring Cadle Holder that I had been trying to get for weeks. It was in stock finally. I proceeded to order it along with $100+ in other items. I went to check out and before I could enter my payment info the candle holder was out of stock so I left everything else in the cart and left the website. I check multiple times throughout the day and finally late evening it was showing as available again. I hurried up added it and proceeded to checkout as quickly as possible. My order was placed with the candle holder I had stalked for weeks. The next day I receive notification that that and 2 other items from my order shipped. And the estimated delivery date was 9/27. On 9/27 the date changed to 9/28. On 9/28 it changed to 9/29. On 9/29 it went to on its way without a date listed. Today 10/24 it still states on its way and UPS states sorry of the inconvenience no information is available. I go through the chat option and after the bot I get a live agent who was so happy to help me. After a few minutes of checking to see if the items were still available I'm offered a refund for the items that are no longer in stock and asked if that would be okay with me. Seriously?!?! What other option did I have? Then I was thanked for my understanding and they were happy that they were able to take care of me. WELL I AM VERY UNHAPPY THAT I DIDN'T GET MY ITEMS, HAD NO OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO ME AND WAS TREATED LIKE THEY DID A GREAT JOB HANDLING MY CONCERN WHEN THEY DIDNT DO A GOOD JOB AT ALL! I used to think their customer service was excellent WOW has my opinion on this company changed drastically and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone!

I ordered products online and forgot to add my free birthday reward item. I immediatly contacted online support and by the time I got through Violet the bot to an actual agent she..informed me it was to late to add the one item. The agent then dropped the entire thread of conversation after informing me of this. I then made a call to Bath and Body and the agent did not understand me. She kept me on hold for over 10 minutes where I was informed that my order could not be cancelled nor could they add a simple lip balm product that I wanted to use. The whole process took well over 45 minutes and I do not intend to order anything from this company again. Bath & Body used to be known for their customer service . They clearly no longer care. Their products arent as good as they used to be anyway.

I walk into the bath and body works it's not even about body care any more it's all house hold product I can buy house hold product at Meijer Walmart any store. Not a fan of bath and body any more won't spend my money there no longer also I received a coupon in the mail and drove to another city to use it and was turned away because of my phone number wasn't under that particular coupon I'm done I won't be back. How about give me a coupon for the gas I used to drive to your establishment.. very upset with this company

I am not happy at all. I have 3 body sprays cost me a total of 54.00 and customer service and the store DO NOT WANT TO HELP ME. Even though the body sprays quit working and spraying for me... used to spend a lot of money there for candles body sprays lotion soap and this is how I get treated. My husband and son just spent over 100.00 for my birthday gifts. But we WONT be back with this issue happening. Even the candles get way hot and bubble up towards the half/almost end of them. So becareful they may Start a fire. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.

I will be cancelling my card with Bath & Body Works...3 time's tried to use my rewards points and again didn't take them...called customer service only to be hung up? Bad Company!

Hi, I recently bought a two sided lip gloss and roll on a thousand wishes perfume to keep in my purse for when i need it, only to find it in my purse later with the glass shattered all over. I would not recommend that product, it’s very fragile.

I am really disappointed in the way Bath and body Works has decided to no longer stand behind their product! I spent a lot of money every month in there and as many three wick candles, as I buy, of course one here and there is a dud and not all three weeks stay lit! After work today, I went to light, my candles, and two of the wicks continuously would go out, so I took the candle to Bath and body Works only halfway used and they would not give me a refund or any type of store credit because it was halfway gone. I said it literally just quit lighting today, I brought it in right away and they still refused to stand behind their product when I was only able to use half of it Because of defect! I think Bath and body is going to find out. They will lose a lot of customers because they don’t decide to stand behind their product any longer.
