“I ordered the 4u rack unit and had received it within 48 hours. It was well-packed and in perfect condition. It came as a flat-pack kit and took me around 40 minutes to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It provided excatly what I needed to fill a gap in my rack system and appear sturdy and well-designed. I have only given it 4 stars for one simple reason. Bax sent it in an enormous box which was probably at least 10x the volume of the actual flat pack within. When it was delivered I wondered if they had sent the wrong thing (until I opened it and found it was full of packing material. A waste of the planet’s resources. I am completely happy with the product however. If you need a 4u rack, buy one!”

“I bought the flight case in the Black Friday sale and got it delivered bang on time; I was flying out the very nexy day! Like all SKB flight cases, they are rock solid, the only make case I'm happy to put my loved instrument in for a long journey There was an issue when I was on the website when trying to complete the purchase. I contacted Bax Music, they sorted it out straightaway for me, fantastic job, thanx”

“After having a technical issue when trying to make a purchase, i rang up and was greeted over the phone with a solution to this problem. Within an hour of completing the sale i was emailed with all relative information that i needed incase there of any issues, returns, aftercare, invoice and tracking information. It says that you will recieve your item with 3 or 4 days, and even with the national postal strike i still managed to get the guitar with a week. So pleased with a b stock guitar i purchased from Bax music. I was a little sceptical of the 47% discount but took a punt on it. I will enjoy my new guitar for many months to come. I was really impressed with how Bax music covered all the necessary information i would of needed and more. So happy infact i have already placed an other order. Thank you and well done”

“Not a great experience to be honest. I phoned them on four separate occasions to find out if their Gibson Firebird case would fit a Firebird with banjo tuners. On each occasion the member of staff didn't know (which wasn't a surprise) but said they would find out and get back to me. Never happened.....four times. I did get a call from Antwerp but they left no message. All I needed was a straight 'yes' or 'no'. In the end I just bought the case with the intention of sending it back if it didn't fit. It did actually fit so all good there.”

“BAX will send you B stock items and deceptively mask them as brand new. I ordered a £1400 instrument and received the item (late might i add) with severe damage. There was insufficient packaging and the box was open, this was a used instrument. I sent it back and BAX sent me another one, the instrument was clearly used and had minor damage, however I decided to just keep it as i had already wasted enough time with this company. They then sent a 3rd instrument in error. I was already frustrated with BAX due to the poor experience to date, they then contacted me to return the instrument that they sent in error or to pay for it. It is illegal to request payment for unsolicited goods in the UK, so i will be investigating this with a solicitor very shortly. I opted to return the instrument, however BAX wanted me to print labels and deliver this to a UPS depot. I refused to be inconvenienced any further than i already had, so insisted they collect the instrument from my place of residence and print any labels themselves / send them to me. I also requested they arrange delivery for a weekend as i work during the week. They were quick to refuse to arrange delivery for a weekend and then threaten me with debt collectors. So I have had to take a day off work for them to collect something they sent in error in the first place. Utter disregard for their customers and utter disregard for the UK legal system. Stay away!!!”

“An excellent company to do business with - a returning customer. I recently bought the Hartke HD25 bass combo. The prices are often the cheapest online and the order process is easy and intuitive with regular updates with regard to tracking the progress and delivery of your order. Highly recommended! The amp is the bees knees too! Although only 25 watts the aluminium speaker gives a wide range of tones (I switch between a quite biting Bruce Foxton influenced sound and a bassier ska tone. Volume wise, I had room to spare at a medium sized pub gig last night even with our drummer!”
