“Sturdy strap, should last long. Easy to adjust. Needs a bit of oil or hand cream as it was dry and stiff but supples up ok.Expensive but you get a bit of bling for your money..and feels secure on the shoulder. Recommend if you've got the extra this will set back.”

“The Devine DI-003 is a great stereo DI for the money. It's looks like it's based on the Radial ProD2 with the same inputs and outputs. Whilst it doesn't sound the same as the Radial it still provides a solid sound for the money. Highly recommend as a compact passive stereo DI.”

“Ordered four guitar wall hangers. Only three arrived in the delivery. Called them up, sent some photos to verify and they sent the missing one on next day but one. Very good, polite and efficient service. No complaints.”

“Purchased Innox Mon-08 speaker stands. Promptly dispatched and excellent communication form Bax throughout. Delivered by Parcel force a day later than promised, (but I can't blame the supplier for that.) Packaging seemed a bit flimsy for the fairly weighty contents, but everything was fine upon inspection. Very simple to assemble, and solid once installed. Extremely impressed at this price. The only very minor point of criticism - the clamp screws are longer than they need to be - even when completely closed, they protrude around 1 cm, meaning when installed they protrude quite a long way beneath desk surface, (in my case around 8 cm,) which required a bit of moving around of other things - a small point, but otherwise a very satisfactory purchase.”

“Insane! Plugged it in and laughed with joy! Game changer for any moment you have to stifle your guitar playing. 😫 Sat watching TV with others, staying in a friends house so you can rock out while they sleep etc. So worth it and affordable, it’s perfect for electric as the strings un amped are quiet. Not so for acoustic as they ring out anyway so can’t hide the sound. LOVE LOVE LOVE it well done Boss ❤️”

“Good product but when I got it I realised how easily I could break this and thought the metal version is way stronger for £10 but I'm using this on a light case so it's fine for that. If using on a heavy box I'd keep clear of this”

“It was very easy and quick to purchase the Fazely guitar. It was a entry level guitar, but set up very well. I've been setting guitars up and upgrading for 25 years, it did not take much for me to upgrade this guitar to a intermediate level. The price was amazing £71 approx for a Fazely Stratocaster. The delivery was just as amazing. I wished that I had come across Bax Music before. I do not flatter anyone or anything easily, it takes a lot to impress me. I strongly recommend getting your guitar from Bax Music.”

“Ordered a product that was promised next day delivery. 1 week on and it still hasn't arrived. Also waited in for a courier which never arrived. When I called Bax Music to inform them they didn't seem at all concerned just said that their website automatically says it will be a next day delivery but doesn't mean it is. Had I of known this I would have bought the product elsewhere. This experience has put me off using them for future products.”

“Arrived within 72 hours from Holland. The J bass plays like a dream. Just love the fiesta red finish. As a b stock product, I did notice a small scuff on the pickguard, near the truss rod adjuster. However this did not matter as I had planned to fit a black guard anyway. Great product great service and great price!”

“Ordered a lighting bridge truss. Arrived with no physical signs of any damage to the outer packaging. Started to assemble it only to find one of the clamping knobs damaged as well as one of the top hats. Immediately emailed customer service. After a few days and no reply (seems to be the normal), had no option but to put the stand into service (was bought for a job), and with no where to store the cardboard boxes, they were promptly put to recycling. Eventually a reply from Max -- they wanted the full thing back, just for the sake of a star knob and cap that would have fitted in a small envelope!!! Explained that the unit was now on a job and the packaging was gone, could they send just the replacement items -- was told NO!!! the full thing had to go back. What an absolute mega impact on the carbon footprint to send the very large boxes all the way back, to have a replacement one sent back out again, all for the sake of what could have been a very small box or Jiffy bag. Gave up trying to reason with Bax, and ordered replacements from Amazon. £9 for 12 of them!!. This is not the first time this has happened with stands from them. Will think seriously about ordering again due to poor customer service, considering the amount I have spent with them over the past couple of years.”

“The online reviews do not lie the Ibanez GB10EM has a beautiful rich sound and has great playability. It comes with packing underneath the saddle you need to really loosen the strings to remove. If you move the saddle position you have to reset the intonation which isn't hard just move the saddle forward to raise the note back to lower, so the note is the same open and the12th fret. Best to use a tuner for accuracy. Once sorted and a action lowered it's a dream. Service delivery and price from Bax is faultless.”
