Simply…dreadful service. Don’t be fooled by competitive prices in their website it’s not worth the hassle and time wasted. If you can’t provide decent communication with your customers, you shouldn’t be in business today. I’ve no idea when we will receive the products we purchased in good faith and from your response today it seems neither do you. Who writes a response like this to a concerned new customer using an order number that the company shared with you… Thank you for your reply. I am unable to see the order on your account and was wondering if you had a second account with us? I couldnt find your order with that number but our system has been playing up recently. I apologise for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Please just let us have a refund immediately so we can spend it elsewhere with someone who cares about customer service and actually have products to sell.

I ordered a pair of '(B-Stock) Luen Honey Burst Conga's 10.5 + 11.5-Inches with Pickups and Rack' from Bax Music. They arrived quite promptly. Without the rack. I e-mailed and initially got no response. I phone a few times and eventually got through to someone in what they are pleased to call 'customer service'. She patronisingly tried to claim that, because they were B stock they would be incomplete and that the rack wasn't included and that I should look at the second photograph because that showed 'what you see is what you get'. The second photograph showed the two congas. On a rack. I pointed to the item description and eventually she agreed that it did mention the rack and offered me a £10 voucher. Given that the cheapest conga stand is £40 this was derisory. I have since had two e-mails claiming that it was a misunderstanding and that the rack clearly wasn't included. I then got an email asking me to review the '(B-Stock) Luen Honey Burst Conga's 10.5 + 11.5-Inches with Pickups AND RACK' (my caps). So, not only are they liars, but they can't even get their story straight. I have put in a claim to PayPal and, if that gets nowhere, will report to Trading Standards (UK) and what ACM (NL).

I set up my Audient iD4 mkII and it automatically uploaded all the latest drivers etc. It sometimes worked and sometimes not. If it was working and I unplugged it not work when I plugged it back in. I had to completely turn off my computer and start again. Then sometimes it works other times not. Sometimes the volume works other times not. The volume dial is somehow activating the scroll on my computer. so it does not change the volume but as I turn it up it scrolls down the page and as I turn it down it scrolls up the page. The only working use is to scroll up and down my page. I am also disappointed with the support from BAX MUSIC. i don't have a phone and with email, it always takes a week or more to get a response from any email. So to have a conversation could months. As they don't seem capable of sending emails I will just be asking for my money back. I run professional webinars there it no way I could entertain using this interface. I thought I was upgrading from a Rubix 22 but I will happily be just carrying with that.

Fantastic deal on the Pioneer DDJ400 - in fact I questioned if it was correct. £34 cheaper than any other site. I placed the order and it arrived a couple of days later, well boxed with great communication throughout. I would completely recommend this company and will definitely buy through them again.

1st time customer and impressed with the service and price of the products purchased. After reviewing the headphones to purchase I found BAX via a search engine and navigated easily through their website and made a purchase as well as an offer for a headphone case and desk clip. Loved the packaging that game through via the courier, makes it feel all that more special when you receive it and looks posh! Had a leaflet to read other items they sell and although it was all in French I got the general idea (-_0)

The performance of this little fellow (Rode Film Maker) is outstanding. My only quip is that the display is hard to view in bright sunlight - it is with just about all screens! Bad were fine - delivery quick and (picked up at local drop off) free. Nothing not to like with their service.

Product never turned up. Hermes the supplier couldn't deliver despite having full address details and making no attempt to contact me. Communicating from Hermes has been non existent since despite leaving 6 messages on their tracker. communicaton from Bax periodic and not helpful. Canceled order but Bax refusing to process refund until Hermes confirm returning of goods leaving me completely in the dark as to where the goods are and when I will get my money refunded. Completely out of my control. Poor experience exacerbated by a very poor courier service. Left in hands of credit card company to deal with.

Good competitive price for item, delivery was a little late but that was the fault of the courier, also box was quite badly damaged although the goods were fine. Again this is probably down to the courier. So, on the whole a good experience.

Never received the original item or next 2 replacements. They keep saying i will get the keyboard and receive tracking but nada nothing zilch. Does this depot even exist?

I made a stupid mistake and got a digit wrong when I entered my post code on the order, the courier couldn’t be contacted but Dyanne at Bax helped and my order came through in no time. Thanks

Metronome arrived 24 hours early. I was advised by email. Reduced price was way under 20% of a more traditional wooden model. The first beat of the bar bell often seems a trifle later than the click but it could be I have not adapted to listening while playing as yet: when I listen to the metronome without playing it seems fine.

Good price, poor tracking and communication. Ordered 2 speakers & they arrived 3 days apart. Tracking info all over the place & Bax slow to respond to emails. Not a great experience. Would think twice about using them again.

Ordered a replacement battery which I received within a day or two of ordering. Efficient service, including emails informing me of status of the order. Correct battery received - product information clear on website. Very satisfied and would order again.
