“I ordered a new Fender guitar from Bax Music and received confirmation immediately of my order and payment. I was given a three day delivery free of charge, and was emailed when the parcel left the warehouse. Unfortunately my order got caught up in the channel crossing with the shortage of ferries, but Bax emailed me and advised me that my parcel would be two days late. I tracked it with Parcel Force and it turned up two days later. The guitar was stunning, brand new with goodies and case, and packed well. Would use Bax again, and the cost was the best on line. We'll done Bax Music.”

“i was charged for next day delivery and the order arrived at the collection point three days later. not only that, but it was delivered just 15 minutes before the post office closed, so i couldn't really pick it up until the following day.”

“This guitar was better than I expected - The machine heads that you could not see in the pictures are good - A little bit of setting up to do on the action and the finish is good on the body - I was looking for a cheap 2nd hand Telecaster copy which were being sold for dearer than this one which is new so job done.”

“I bought two Fazley guitars: the hot rod S type, and a B stock tele type, with ash burl top. I bought these as an experiment, because I'd seen reviews praising the quality of these ultra low cost guitars, and thought they could be an ideal base for modding, as they are even cheaper than most DIY kits. I must say, I'm not disappointed. The guitars arrived on time, well packaged, double boxed, and with a free guitar lead and allen keys. I had to do a little bit of work on the action of both guitars, as they were a little high, the frets could do with a bit more of a polish, but generally these are quite well finished guitars, fairly playable out of the box, they have no major faults, the pickups sound ok, I suppose you can tell the hardware doesn't look expensive, but these really are a bargain, and would be idea for a new player, or someone on a tight budget, or just for anyone who likes a bargain. I've already bought new hardware for mine, and I'll probably relic them or put a new finish on.”

“Great Customer Services and fantastic products! I had a wifi problem whilst making my order. Bax quickly resolved it and secured the sale. Thank you! I wanted a one-off guitar that I discovered in B-Stock. A limited edition Fender American Guitar! The descriptions were precise and the guitar arrived well packaged. It was as described, and I was very pleased that there were no surprises. It looks sparkling brand new! I see it as a bargain, so very happy! I was able to plug in and play and found inspiration to lay down tracks for a new song. Very happy! Thank you! Planning next purchase.....”

“great quality stand the Meinl HPS Handpan Stand is excellent, very sturdy and lots of adjustment options. Just perfect! My delivery was also a day late though. I would recommend removing the choose a delivery date option from the website whilst delivery companies are struggling for staff like they are.”

“Bax music made the whole thing so easy. I asked if I could return if necessary and agreed I could. I knew the ukelele I wanted was in stock and so red red it. Immediately had a response saying it was on its way. Parcel collected from my local post office really well packaged . Absolutely delighted with my new Flight Aurora baritone. “Absolutely delighted with my Marshall Origin Cabinet (212) - fantastic customer support from Bax (I had some questions pertaining to speaker impedance when connecting with amps etc - I received excellent guidance) Also purchased a Pod Go from Bax last year! Can highly recommend!”
