“Speedy delivery, but the device was supplied with a Euro power supply not a UK supply. There was half of a UK adapter supplied in the box but it was the wrong type and had no transformer. Very confusing they would send a Euro supply when they had a contact address in Kent, UK? I called their support line and spoke to a gentleman in The Netherlands, he told me he would get someone to call me back and send me the correct power supply for the UK. That was a week ago and nobody has called back”

“I found what I wanted very quickly and ordered it. , stated a delivery date and it was despatched immediately and other than a delivery company delay arrived a day late, not the fault of Bax. The item was easy to assemble and is now in use, and I am a very satisfied customer.”

“Bad service. Item not received. I would not buy from them again. Ordered a piano on 17th March with a promised delivery of 22nd. Their website stated it was in stock. I messaged them on 26th to enquire why it had not been delivered, but no response from them. I then phoned them and was told the customer service department "was too busy to take my call." It is now 30th March and still nothing has been heard from Bax. I keep getting updates from UPS to change expected delivery date, which is now scheduled for 31st but I have little expectation that it will be met. Apparently the piano has been despatched and is stuck in the Netherlands somewhere, but it was not made clear at time of order that the goods would be shipped from Europe. Had it been transparent then I would not have ordered as I needed the piano quickly. I think Bax have been misleading in suggesting a delivery time of 4 or 5 days when they know of long delays shipping to the UK. They should also have made it clear that they bring in stock from abroad. I ordered from them because they have a UK address and give the impression that they are UK based on their UK website. Beware! Since I have not had a response from Bax custoner service and have not received the goods, I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, which is now investigating.”

“1st time using Bax after my usual supplier let me down twice. Great price, easy to use ordering system and my brilliant new Behringer SF300 fuzz pedal arrived within 48hours. Will definitely be using Bax Music again ,probably the next time my wife isn't looking!”

“Good price, easy ordering and quick delivery. No problems at all despite possible Brexit-influenced hold ups. Only thing was that the desk-top mic stand had fallen out of its box. No damage but not brilliantly packed in its far too big outside container.”

“Agree that it is misleadingly advertising UK based, my guitar came from Holland, and was delivered on the wrong day. Also state of the guitar was really dusty, and looked like it had been on display. Not really impressed after paying nearly £1400. Contacted customer service and had no response”

“I bought some boss waza air headphones last week. Bax offered the cheapest price by a long shot. I also found the same with bax when I bought my fender mustang gtx100. Great price, Great customer service, quick delivery and great products! Can’t really ask for more 🎸”

“Bought the Joe Strummer Fender Campfire acoustic and I can't praise this guitar enough. It looks stunning, the strat headstock really makes it special. The sound is amazing. Such a stunning guitar. It came with a case which is handy. Delivery was 3 working days and packaged really well. 5 stars. Amazing service and would recommend this guitar to all of my friends. Thanks Bax Music, you have a customer for life now.”

“I bought an RCF E16 professional audio mixer from Bax recently but was disappointed with what I found in the box. The mixer was well boxed but upon opening it, the mixer didn't have any instructions or warranty card included? The mixer also has slight marks and was dusty. It looked like it was a demo model? I telephoned Bax to mention this and they told me to go online for the instructions etc. They did say to their credit if I wasn't happy, return the mixer. I am happy with the mixer but found it strange that it didn't include instructions etc? My fist buy from them.”

“Delivery was prompt but the Free Float did not meet my expectations. The needle still jumps when i walk near to the turn table while a record is playing. Perhaps you can advise on any alternative method or product.”

“Hopeless. Masquerading to be a UK supplier. Plus they use UPS for deliveries which are surely THE worst. Ordered a guitar on 5th Jan. Received repeating "we're delivering tomorrow' emails. Checked the tracking after third failed delivery only to find goods left Eindhoven, arrived in UK and then went back to Eindhoven. Cancelled the order. Of course they blamed Brexit. I blamed them for masquerading as a UK Supplier. It's now end of March and still no refund. Apparently they haven't raised the correct paperwork to get the item back from UPS. If the goods are lost in transit, what are they going to do? Penalise me? I never received the goods and I certainly didn't choose the carrier. Going nowhere near them again and while they don't refund, there will be more of these postings to follow.”

“I wish you folks could see the smile on my face. I recently purchased a A Fazley FTL218YB( A Telecaster style guitar) from Bax Music for the princely sum of £66:00 and less than a fiver p&p. I have bought many budget guitars,amps,drums etc in anticipation of a free to all and free to use music club and to be fair to all the outlets I have bought from the service has been prompt with nothing really to complain about. So now for Bax music. Well the guitar arrived on time. Packaging I give them 10 out of 10. The guitar itself? I rate it alongside a squier affinity telecaster...It really is that good. As to value for money?..Well thats why I'm smiling. I going to shop again with Bax Music and with the money I save I plan to buy something for myself that is more appropiate to my age. Do Bax do Harps? Halo's and wings? Mind you if my luck runs as it does in life I will probably arrive at the pearly gates only to be told they're not into my kind of music but are able to point me in the direction where my talents will be better suited. Diolch/Thanks to the folks at Bax music..Great service,great product.”
