Despite the auto fill address recognised by Hermes not transfering the business name to the address, resulting in a failure to deliver, Bax Music actually has humans contactable via a customer service phone number. Problem solved and delivered next day.

This was my first time buying from Bax Music, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent musical equipment at a very competitive price. There was a small delay with delivery but Bax customer service was brilliant.

Well, I ordered a Pioneer DDJ-400 for a birthday present. When I asked to select a delivery date, I choose the first available slot. On the day when the delivery was supposed to arrive, I received a fairly rote email saying it had been delayed, with no information as to when it would be sent. I emailed the company a few days later (having still not received it and the recipient disappointed to not receive it on their birthday), but Bax did not even deign to reply. Poor customer service.

My order was placed 9 days ago and was supposed to arrive last Friday. It is now Thursday of the following week, and only one of the two items has arrived, that came on Tuesday. I don't understand why they both weren't sent out in the same box. If one wasn't in stock I should have been informed so. I've had no word to say when the second item is arriving.

It is frustrating to have my urgent requests for support from BAX not responded to and instead I am sent an automatic email inviting me to share my experience. I have boght from this company before with satisafaction but this time has left me with delivery delays which I can understand but with a product not matching the description. I ordered the excellent Samson Express battery powered PA and all the YouTube videos I checked before purchasing show a line out jack socket wheras the one I received has a USB charger port instead! The line out facility was essential as this is a small loudspeaker and I planned on linking two together! I have since ben trying to get a response from Samson support without success!

I ordered an anniversary present for my husband, our anniversary was June 4th. I ordered from Bax as they promised a delivery date of June 2nd. It's now June 5th and my order is nowhere to be seen and my husband had no present yesterday

the missing patch panel fiasco..... so i ordered some bits and bobs on the 22-05-21 five days later i received my order, but it was missing the Neutrik patch panel 48 inputs and the box was not in the best of shape. the "carrier was hermes" i emailed bax who to their credit where helpful in getting this sorted out although they did say that the Neutrik patch panel was not shipped with the rest of the order! and said they (bax) would send it out on monday 31-5-21 it is now friday 04-06-21 and bax sent me an email saying Dear , Thank you once again for ordering with Bax Music. We are sorry to have to let you know that our courier is experiencing delays due to customs issues. However, please be assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this matter, and please accept our further apologies for any inconvenience caused! needless to say i'm not a happy bunny...

Prompt delivery and well packaged (maybe a little over the top with the bubble wrap). The keyboard stand is perfect with height and length adjustment and soundly constructed. Excellent value.

Their customer service is non existent. When you call, they will be too busy and you will be redirected to their ‘reception team’ who can only log a call back. It’s been three days and after 4 call back requests I am yet to actually get any help My item was due a week ago and Hermes have been processing it since last Thursday. Nobody is able to help me and nobody is calling back to assist. I have raised an email through their website and tried to contact through PayPal and yet to have any response. Would not recommend these at all.

Good quality light. Good price. The only downside is that it doesn’t work with my Allen & Heath MixWizard desk. I had to reverse the polarity by unsoldeing the red & black wires and swapping them over, then it worked fine. So please be aware of this before buying.

I needed a quick PA fix for a small DJ gig I was recently doing. I'm not a PA expert but after a little digging around I had a good idea of what I was after (Behringer Powered speakers / stands / leads etc) - I found the website easy to navigate and the product specs laid out clearly and coherently. The sale added a cherry on top with some very competitive pricing, with the the buying process being super simple and delivery bang on time via Hermes. This got me out of a tight spot with a stress free solution. Good work Bax!

I ordered a Pioneer DDJ-1000 last Tuesday. It's now a week later and I have still not received my controller, which was due for delivery last Friday. I have checked the Hermes status and it states "Your parcel is on it's way back to the sender". After being told three times by reception someone would contact me regarding the issue I have only just received a call. I'm now being told they will not refund me until they have resolved the issue with the courier! I asked to speak to a manager and once again told I'd get a callback. I was contacted by Matteo yesterday and told they do not know why the package is being sent back to them.  I then asked for a full refund immediately only to be told this was not possible and they'd need to speak with the courier.  I am absolutely speechless. What kind of company operates this way?  You have effectively stolen my money and are keeping it illegally. I have now taken matters into my own hands and contacted my bank, who were very helpful and agreed that you simply cannot treat your customers this way.  A dispute was raised and £1099 has now been refunded by the bank.  Unfortunately the £200 it cost me to hire a controller will not be refunded.  If your company had any idea of what customer service is then you'd reimburse me for this, as it's entirely your fault. I'm not sure if you're aware but your Facebook reviews are appalling.  Someone has even set up a Facebook group dedicated to unhappy Bax customers.  You really need to invest in your customer service. I called around 6 times and not once did I get through to anyone except reception who are no help whatsoever. You should also consider using a different courier service as everyone knows how awful Hermes are.  I ordered some DJ equipment from a rival store of yours two weeks ago, they used DHL and the package turned up the next day as promised.  Take note of this. I'll never ever use your shop again and will tell everyone I know in the industry to avoid at all cost.

Order placed on 23rd of May 2021, it is said the delivery would take 2 &3 working days but received nothing until 1st of June . Yesterday I contacted with the customer service , they said they will check it and come back to me but I haven’t received any response. I checked the delivery status that it always say they are on the way. I want to know where is it? Not happy at all

The bass synthesiser by Behringer arrived very quickly, and was well packed. The device itself is amazing - I have only had a chance to play around a bit with it, but am looking forward to really going into its functions. Very impressive piece of kit! I got the red version and it is very cool!

I got the Superb Red Panda Particle V2 Delay & Pitch Shifter, in speedy time from BAX MUSIC, and have been diving into the intricate layers, it's not as complicated as it may appear, and the under the hood web app really extends the wealth of features to another level...a very musical tool for my sound design needs, that sparks fresh ideas with live performance in a rig.
