“Terrible company to deal with. They never answer the phone. They never reply to emails. I lost 2 days of work waiting for a package that never arrived. They have a CEO who is not interested in helping. Communications do not take place. Had me thinking is this a scam. SHOP AT YOUR PERIL”

“It’s now 9 days after I placed the order and still no sign of it. Other companies can manage to get equipment out within a few days. Delivery within 3-5 days should mean just that. I was even asked to write a review before receiving the product!”

“After contacting after 6 emails and messages on Facebook no reply had to ring them because my order was late then to be told that the system was down for emails even though they were quick enough to send me comfermation of buying it waited over a week they send me a thank u and hope u like your product but it’s well over a week and still havnt received my item absolutely poor service would not recommend at all stay clear”

“Seven days later and I still haven't received my item after being told it was on its way.....I suppose it's more a case of bad service from Parcelforce but I asked Bax about the hold up four days ago and heard nothing...something I've got used to dealing with them....😩”

“Totally disgusted with the way I have been messed about with my order, I have been waiting since the 3rd of July and still have not received my Innox WSA Studio Desk apparently there has been issues with courier and Bax Shop had to change to DPD no one bothered to tell me I had to phone up after waiting so long, no confirmation email has been sent up till now to confirm dispatch but did receive refund for delivery. This is the second order in a few weeks I had to phone up about my previous order, as they took my money and said the item was in stock but 4 days later I called up and the item was not even in stock! I was so frustrated, I ask for a refund. Bax Shop used DPD with no way of tracking my parcel, so how does that help me know when it will arrive or even plan to receive it, how are you going to change courier and not have any way of tracking the item that you are sending out to me, absolutely and totally unacceptable in the 21st century. Bax obviously are making so much money, they don't even care!”

“Was promised delivery on the Friday and when I checked with the courier company they had not been given the package until the Monday, today is the Wednesday and I still don’t have the package. Terrible service”

“This guitar was a present for my daughter to learn on. It was delivered on time, well packaged and in good condition. The colour is lovely and it only required slight adjustment to the truss rod and bridge to lower the strings. It came with a basic gig bag which was adequate; a tremolo arm which just pushed in and was less than adequate; a very cheap jack lead which was useless (it wouldn't push in or pull out of the guitar without extreme effort) I purchased a quality replacement. It also came with hexagon keys for the truss and bridge adjustments. Putting aside the disappointment with the tremolo arm and jack lead, this is a nice guitar and good value for money. Bax Music are helpful people to deal with.”

“I was happy with the product and the customer service I received from BAX music, great price etc. I'd echo the sentiments of other reviewers, it is not the company but the delivery that takes the joy out of the purchase. I would have missed an important presentation because of this and had to buy elsewhere. So now have two... Either resolve your delivery or fail as a company”

“Found the MTest-1 very useful tool to have to make sure your cables are working. During a gig I had a problem not knowing at first it was a cable fault so with this cable tester checked all my cables. It is built well robust metal case very strong and easy to use.”

“Avoid using BAX Music. Although their prices might sometimes be lower than other online retailers, on all three occasions that I have purchased a guitar pedal from BAX, the guitar pedals were not packaged properly and there was damage to my purchases. After my second purchase, I raised a complaint with them, and they offered me a voucher. It was impossible to get the voucher to work properly, and I had to contact them over the telephone, which did not resolve the issue either. Ironically, after purchasing the third and final item from BAX Music, they once again did not package the guitar pedal properly, and shipped it out in an oversized box. It is not worth the headache and risk of damage to your newly purchased items to continue to buy from BAX Music. Unusually, BAX always seem very keen for you to submit a review immediately after you purchase an item, and before you have even received it. Since BAX is so keen on knowing what we think, I’ll say it honestly for you: BAX Music stinks and should be avoided.”
