“Purchased Epiphone SG 61 Maestro / Gibson collaboration. WOW I'm Impressed. I do own the Gibson Reissue SG 61 to compare. The Epiphone came well packaged: - Pots are great. Vibrola. I'm happy. Quality / Finnish is great. Playability, Set-up, Intonation Perfect "Straight out of box. Unbelievable Value. Delivery was just 1 day out, but very affable Gentleman at BAX, Netherlands explained why. Thanks whoever you are:) First time customer with BAX. Well Done. I'm Happy. PS. I might even sell the Gibson SG?”

“ok, I'm going to be totally honest. I ordered a Fazely 'Strat' style guitar in Cherry Wood from the website, paid for it on 9/2/22 and within 2 hrs received an email confirming that payment had been made, followed by another to say that the guitar had been dispatched with a delivery date of 14/2/22 and giving me the tracking number for Parcel Force. I kept on checking the tracking via the link, however it never changed from 'Advised', so I decided to call the UK customer services on the 14th and spoke to Jamie. He put me in hold for a couple of minutes whilst he checked on the status of my expected delivery, and then returned to tell me that after speaking to head office they couldn't understand why the courier hadn't updated the tracking as the guitar was definitely dispatched. I was concerned that I would lose the guitar in the system, however, Jamie was not for letting that happen and informed me that a second guitar had now been dispatched and would be with me by 16/02/22. After reading some not so complimentary reviews, I was skeptical to say the least. As before 2 emails duly dropped into my email address including another tracking number, which I followed with baited breath! This time all appeared to be going well, item recieved by courier that SAME DAY, and out for delivery today! The guitar has just arrived and if I'm being honest, surpassed my expectations! The finish is lovely, no marks, dints etc, sure it needs a set up and new strings etc, but even top end guitars need setting up. All in all, even taking the original mishap into account it has been a positive experience and I will use Bax Music in the future for sure A massive shout out to Jamie for getting it sorted in double quick time, he's a credit to customer service. Long winded, but true👍👍”

“I've just purchased a Behringer Powerplay P2 In-Ear Monitoring System from Bax Music. Really easy, delivered on time and I used it last night for the first time in rehearsals. Found that keeping the gain down on the Aux send and turning up the volume on the P2 gave superb clear sounding results. Well worth the price. Glad to see Bax Music had this product in stock unlike other outlets. I managed to get this is 3 days. I've mentioned this to my drummer who has been waiting for his for over 3 weeks with no sign of it arriving soon. Bax Music, expect a new order today for another P2!!. Thanks for the excellent service!!!”

“Ordered a Fender Joe Strummer Campfire, really nervous about ordering a guitar online without playing it first but sounds perfect and looks even better. Ordering was a piece of cake and very reasonable compared to other sites. Arrived within a few days as stated and the packaging was perfect for a fragile item. Couldn’t have been more pleased with everything and will be getting all of my music stuff from Bax going forward.”

“Very easy web site to navigate with excellent description of item, fast and problem free ordering with swift delivery as promised. Highly recommended The guitar I bought was priced at less than £60 and as I own several others, some of which cost over 30 times more, I was expecting nothing more than a playable plank, but I really cannot believe the pleasurable experience I had on plugging it in and playing it, the sound, feel and confidence it gave me is literally unbelievable, even at twice the price I would recommend this item.”

“Quick and efficient with everything, only thing I would suggest is for them is to use a different courier service as my fazley piano came in a very damaged box. Luckily the instrument itself was fine. Definitely recommend Bax”

“Needing to tidy up the floor and make my pedal line-up more manageable, I decided to buy a board for my pedals. The option I bought from Bax Music represented seriously good value for money. They were cheaper than other suppliers and offered very quick deliveries too, which was a big plus. The service from purchase to delivery was excellent. My pedal board arrived with courier notification on time and was very well packaged. Absolutely no complaints and I would definitely shop with them again and recommend Bax Music to others.”

“I ordered 2 EV ELX20018SP Bass bins. When they arrived one was very second hand. I returned the damaged one the replacement you sent (which I waited in for all day) was a power lead. And now I'm trying to sort it you don't answer emails or answer the phone. Worst music shop I've ever used bar none. Avoid this company like the plague,”
