I was looking for a hard case for my Joe Brown signature Ukulele and saw the Fazley offered by Bax Music at a low price. The delivery cost was worthwhile as it arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged. The Fazley case far exceeded my expectations for the cost, it looks good and my concert Ukulele fits perfectly inside

Asking for a review of a product that i still don't have despite being in stock and ordered over a week ago. No despatch email or tracking reference until i chased up via phone. Said Id have the product on a few days - still nothing and not even despatched yet according to the now provided ups reference.

Prices are good, products are good, packaging is good and even time for goofs to be handed to courier was good. However I did place my order on Friday and selected Tuesday for delivery. Delivery was actually the following Friday and even though I had a tracking number, every time I checked there was no status advice whatsoever. Maybe there are hold ups from Europe? So I'd say everything is fine if a week is ok for you to wait. It was this time, but if I needed something in a hurry I'd choose a UK supplier.

The DAP butterfly latches were perfect and at a killer price but the dispatch email, sent at 23:02 on 16th Oct informing me my package was on it's way with a delivery date of 19th, turned out to be incorrect; the package was actually delivered at 09:20 on 20th, which in itself wasn't a big deal because the latches were neither of high value nor needed in a hurry. HOWEVER - the package was sent via Parcel Force Express 24, the shipping lable was date-stamped 17/10/23 and Parcel Forces' tracking history shows the package wasn't scanned into their depot till 20:30 on 19th, almost three days later! This begs the question: where was the package between 23:02 on 16th and 22:30 on 19th? Was it lost somewhere in Bax's dispatch department (in which case Bax have a problem) or are Bax are charging customers for the Express 24 service they aren't receiving from Parcel Force - in which case Bax STILL have a problem. Judging by several other customers comments Bax need to have a look at what's going on with their shipping process. If this had been a high value item, or something needed the next day, I'd have been an unhappy and concerned customer.

8 days later, still no order. Even if it were to arrive tomorrow I would still be annoyed, just shocking!

I have bought two guitars now from Bax, both arrived later than advertised, i dont know why they just cant state the delivery will be four or five days from placement of order then people wont be annoyed when it doesnt arrive in the two day window they push on the listings. Bass arrived damaged, strap button was broken or sheared off, nowhere in the box so it wasn't during transit, poor quality control maybe at the factory who knows. The remnants of the screw was still in the body of the bass, Bax have offered to refund me completely if i return the bass, but i like the instrument so have carefully pulled the remnants out and fitted a new strap button. The first guitar i bought though was great and had no problems, apart from being late delivery as mentioned above.

Very slow delivery - a week later than expected, but I suspect that was more Parcel Force than Bax. Guitar (Lag Tramontane) came perfectly packed. The instrument sounds great, but the action is horribly high and I am going to have to do some setting up on it to make it properly playable, which i wasn't expecting, but it's not a huge deal. Once set up it will be a very sweet guitar.

This is the second time I have used bax music but it won’t be the last, I ordered parts from bax and they were there in two days and, I live in Belfast so, very prompt delivery and the parts were of really good quality and fairly priced thank you bax👍

The item I ordered was showing as in stock both before I placed the order and also upon completion of the order. When I received the package (shipping was not particularly quick) the only thing I received was a Euro to UK power adapter. I was advised, upon calling, that the item was on back order and the agent said he didn’t know when they would receive it, the suggestion being that I wait indefinitely. As this was not acceptable he was happy to cancel my order. He advised refund would take 7 days which I have now received. Refund I received however did not include the shipping I had paid even though I didn’t receive the item. Terrible experience all round and a total waste of time to be honest. Just to put this level of service into context, that afternoon I ordered the same item from another vendor and without any fuss or delay it arrived the following day. There are plenty of vendors selling all the same gear online so no big loss but I definitely wouldn’t use these guys again.
