Half of their items are out of stock only for you to get notified after you have ordered. This has happened for every single order I have placed with them.

Been arguing with customer service for about 2 months over 2 packages I told them to cancel. They were still delivered and was instructed to refuse them to be sent back. I did and they still won't give me a refund or acknowledge that I don't have the packages anymore. Now I have to dispute this with my credit union since the company won't do anything but argue with me

I don’t normally write reviews but I really wanted to warn others about this company! I ordered a pair of expensive curling irons from beauty bay however when they arrived I discover that they had sent me a less expensive similar looking pair in the box which contained the manual/ instructions of the more expensive curling irons that I had ordered and paid for! I immediately contacted their customer service team requesting that they send me the ones that they had taken payment for! They continued to decline even though this was quite clearly fraud on their part!! and it was only after seeking legal advice that they finally agreed to exchange them for the ones that I should of received! Unfortunately my correct order did not arrive on time and I returned them requesting a full refund Which I have still not received to day !!! I continue to send them countless emails requesting my refund getting the same response of it could take up to 14 days!!! Even though 14 days has lapsed!!! DON’T ORDER FROM BEAUTY BAY!!

I placed an order on the 11/03/2022, I have a haul pass meaning I receive free next day delivery, unfortunately the package did not turn up next day but was received on the 13/03/2022. Due to the package not being received next day, Beauty Bay kindly sent myself an apology via email and provided me with a 15% discount for when I next place an order. I have been a long term buyer from Beauty Bay and have never had any issues, but am extremely grateful for the 15% off discount, it was much appreciated. I will continue to be a regular shopper on Beauty Bay due to their efficiency and amazing customer service.

I purchased a facia roller from Beauty Bay as a Christmas present for my wife. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong item, and so requested a refund. As there is no phone number for this company, everything had to be done via email. Finally, I was told I could only return the item if it was unopened and unused, which it was. On 8 January 2022, I took the item to my local Hermes store to complete the return. It is now 1 month later (8 Feb) and I still have not received my refund. As there is no phone number, I am still unable to speak to anyone directly, so everything is again done by email. The latest I have been told is that I need to provide a 16 digit code, apparently given to me by Hermes, to allow Beauty Bay to track them, and process a refund. However, I was not given this 16 digit number, and never have been previously when I have returned items via Hermes. Would I recommend this company? No, not at all. With the online world we live in today, it is imperative that companies provide systems to allow returns and refunds to happen quickly, but Beauty Bay do not do that, so if you ever have to return an item to them, good luck with that!

Atrocious Customer Services; never received order & 7 weeks on & 11 e-mails to customer services & still no refund. I placed an order for two items on the 5th December to be delivered to my local Hermes collection point, the Co-op. There was an e-mail confirmation of the order and then another to say it was en-route and I would be notified when it arrived in store and was available for collection. I didn't receive any notification (kept checking spam etc as well) but factoring in that it was Christmas and there was no specific time frame given for delivery I wasn't too worried and headed off on my honeymoon on the 14th expecting to be able to collect it when I returned on the 23rd Dec. However when I returned there had still been no notification and I desperately contacted customer services via e-mail to try and find out where my parcel (aka Christmas gifts I needed in 1 day) were. Frustratingly there is no immediate way of contacting Beauty Bay as not only do they not have a phone number but there's no online chat service with a real person either and every e-mail sent gets a different representative reply so there's no continuity of the same person dealing with the issue and this just adds further delay and confusion on their part.

Awful customer service. If you’re thinking about ordering something with the possibility that you may want to return it - DON’T. My order was delivered late (after paying extra for NDD) by which point I had bought what I needed from a local Boots. I then contacted Beauty Bay explaining that I wanted to return my order and that everything was in its original packaging (as they don’t include any return labels in the box), but over 3 weeks later I still haven’t heard anything and I’ve now lost my money. I’ve tried contacting the company via email twice, on Instagram and Facebook with no response. I even left a review on their website under one of the products I ordered and this got removed, still with no apology or solution offered by Beauty Bay to arrange the return. Awful customer service, I won’t be ordering from them again.

They make you pay for delivery and simply take their sweet time with that. What were supposed to have been Christmas gifts, bought on December 10th with a promise of delivery before Christmas (by December 22nd, tops), only reached my house on January 7th. I’ve been going back and forth with emails and asking them to stop the delivery and get me my money back (I already had to spend extra with last minute gifts due to their failure to deliver on time), but they kept postponing my answers and completely ignored my request. I will never buy anything from this website ever again, and, if you don’t fancy getting a headache, I would advise you not to as well. Zero start for their crappy Customer Services and terrible delivery system. No refund issued and the box got here all messed up. Bunch of amateurs.

If i could give less than 1 star I would, poor customer service, crappy email response bots! Paid for express delivery with no sign of the item after 16 days! Not even an response to whether the express delivery fee would be refunded.

Really satisfied by shopping on beauty bay, the delivery reached on its time without any breakage in a beautiful packaging box, the products are authentic and the prices are reasonable too. I have nothing to say against it. *My final words for beauty bay are that Its one of the best and trusted online shopping spot.*🤍🌼

- no cancel order button! - Need to modify your order? go through a hell of troubles, slow process, probably until your order is shipped. - slow customer service. - responses are more general more than really looking into your concern. - Have trouble in shipping progress? you'd get general responnses!

Nothing has arrived spent 52 pounds on items for my 11 year old granddaughter. Payed for next day delivery. Tracking stopped on 20th December saying parcel delayed. So no present for my little granddaughter. Have tried to email customer services but it just bounces back. Don't really know what to do next, Dreadful I am very upset. I cannot afford to let this sort of money just get stolen from me. A big chunk out of my budget for nothing. Can anyone help please

Absolutely horrendous. Never had an issue before now. Ordered 6 days ago, for collection from a local store. Checked in with BB today as I hadn’t received anything or heard my order was ready to collect as today should’ve been the date of collection. After chasing multiple avenues I finally had a half arsed response which one half was a lame apology and the other half blaming myself regarding an address when their website gave me the address to my nearest local store they drop to. I am not out of pocket, have no item and nothing resolved. Oh, to top it off they have ignored my last 4 emails. This was a Christmas gift and they failed to process it their end, they took my payment and sent me confirmation of where to collect. This is your fault. Not mine. You need to fix it. I now have lost a gift for Christmas. Disgusting customer service. Absolutely horrendous.

Do not purchase from Beauty Bay! I have purchased products for myself and for my friends / family. The box was open when it came. Some of the products are upside down, leaking, and not sealed. If you think this is bad, the customer service is worse, it will ruin your customer experience more. It took them 2 months to apply for a refund, which may take few more months to appear in the bank. I will never purchase from Beauty Bay ever again.

Will not be ordering again! It’s been a week and not received my package the tracking has said ready for delivery at local depot for the last 4 days with Hermes and can not get a response from either them nor beauty bay so currently £50 out of pocket! Shocking customer service edit: been told to wait 72 hours for an update because my parcels lost! so won’t have this gift in time for Christmas! Should be sent out next day delivery instead treating customers like this absolutely ridiculous will never ever order again

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This is the first and last time i order from them. First they lost my order as they said, after me contacting CS, saying they proceeded with the refund. Then next day they changed their mind and informed me that my order is on the way. There was no any info when i tried to track it. So after a week when i was able to track it i discovered that the parcel was sent with postNord. I guess the worst shipping company in the world accordingly to the reviews. So the timetable Beauty Bay is giving is 3-8 days! Have checked it in aftership and got shocked-34 days is a usual shipping timings for them! More than 20 days already past. Do i have still 30 days to wait? Unbelievable. Asked them to clarify what means 34 days a usual shipping time-no answer, asked when it will be finally delivered -no answer, asked for refund-got an answer: "we contacted the carrier, the order is on the way". What's the hell i need out of this "useful information"? If you don't want to have stress, spend time for emails, wait for your order for months AVOID them!

Poor customer services - they are all working from home. Tardy return and refund process. I returned a faulty product 2 days after receiving it via Hermes return locker, following BB instructions to the letter. BB say 14 Woking days before they process returns and don’t engage until that time has elapsed. If you factor in Christmas it could be well over a month before I get a refund for an expensive, faulty, electrical product. I submitted this review because the one I sent via BB’s email invitation was rejected by BB “We've read your review and want to thank you for your contribution, even though it did not meet our guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!” I wonder if positive reviews are filtered in this way.
