- no cancel order button! - Need to modify your order? go through a hell of troubles, slow process, probably until your order is shipped. - slow customer service. - responses are more general more than really looking into your concern. - Have trouble in shipping progress? you'd get general responnses!

Nothing has arrived spent 52 pounds on items for my 11 year old granddaughter. Payed for next day delivery. Tracking stopped on 20th December saying parcel delayed. So no present for my little granddaughter. Have tried to email customer services but it just bounces back. Don't really know what to do next, Dreadful I am very upset. I cannot afford to let this sort of money just get stolen from me. A big chunk out of my budget for nothing. Can anyone help please

Absolutely horrendous. Never had an issue before now. Ordered 6 days ago, for collection from a local store. Checked in with BB today as I hadn’t received anything or heard my order was ready to collect as today should’ve been the date of collection. After chasing multiple avenues I finally had a half arsed response which one half was a lame apology and the other half blaming myself regarding an address when their website gave me the address to my nearest local store they drop to. I am not out of pocket, have no item and nothing resolved. Oh, to top it off they have ignored my last 4 emails. This was a Christmas gift and they failed to process it their end, they took my payment and sent me confirmation of where to collect. This is your fault. Not mine. You need to fix it. I now have lost a gift for Christmas. Disgusting customer service. Absolutely horrendous.

Do not purchase from Beauty Bay! I have purchased products for myself and for my friends / family. The box was open when it came. Some of the products are upside down, leaking, and not sealed. If you think this is bad, the customer service is worse, it will ruin your customer experience more. It took them 2 months to apply for a refund, which may take few more months to appear in the bank. I will never purchase from Beauty Bay ever again.

Will not be ordering again! It’s been a week and not received my package the tracking has said ready for delivery at local depot for the last 4 days with Hermes and can not get a response from either them nor beauty bay so currently £50 out of pocket! Shocking customer service edit: been told to wait 72 hours for an update because my parcels lost! so won’t have this gift in time for Christmas! Should be sent out next day delivery instead treating customers like this absolutely ridiculous will never ever order again

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This is the first and last time i order from them. First they lost my order as they said, after me contacting CS, saying they proceeded with the refund. Then next day they changed their mind and informed me that my order is on the way. There was no any info when i tried to track it. So after a week when i was able to track it i discovered that the parcel was sent with postNord. I guess the worst shipping company in the world accordingly to the reviews. So the timetable Beauty Bay is giving is 3-8 days! Have checked it in aftership and got shocked-34 days is a usual shipping timings for them! More than 20 days already past. Do i have still 30 days to wait? Unbelievable. Asked them to clarify what means 34 days a usual shipping time-no answer, asked when it will be finally delivered -no answer, asked for refund-got an answer: "we contacted the carrier, the order is on the way". What's the hell i need out of this "useful information"? If you don't want to have stress, spend time for emails, wait for your order for months AVOID them!

Poor customer services - they are all working from home. Tardy return and refund process. I returned a faulty product 2 days after receiving it via Hermes return locker, following BB instructions to the letter. BB say 14 Woking days before they process returns and don’t engage until that time has elapsed. If you factor in Christmas it could be well over a month before I get a refund for an expensive, faulty, electrical product. I submitted this review because the one I sent via BB’s email invitation was rejected by BB “We've read your review and want to thank you for your contribution, even though it did not meet our guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!” I wonder if positive reviews are filtered in this way.

Worst service ever and I still haven’t received the products I ordered on 18/11/2021. Their courier and the customer service is so E grade might as well not have one ! After all the hassle I had to go through, I received an email yesterday saying that the courier experienced a failed delivery attempt even though all the details I have provided are correct, and I sent them so many emails asking what needs to be done but they didn’t even reply. Very poor service! Beauty bay is a scam and they need only your money.

Items didn’t arrive, I chased up and was told they were damaged in transit and I would receive a refund. Refund was not processed. I chased this up 3 times, each time was told a technical problem blocked the refund but ‘now it will be fine’. Each time I was told to ‘wait 3-5 days for it to be processed’. After 3 weeks there was no refund, and awful customer service. I was passed from person to person by email, some of whom were apologetic and polite, others blunt and with a poor attitude. Eventually I had to ask a third party to step in to secure a refund on my behalf otherwise it may never have happened. I don’t know what’s happened to Beauty Bay, they used to be brilliant. Now I will never trust or order from them again after being treated so badly, and it seems from reading other reviews mine is not a rare experience.

They take your money out of your account, no confirmation email with an order or tracking number, no products delivered, no customer service line and no reply to emails. They basically just steal your money.

Genuinely the worst online shop and most unprofessional customer support team I've EVER had to deal with. I bought a curling iron in January 2021, it stopped working in April 2021, and I sent it back to them for inspection as per their request (after numerous of emails and having to request information on the return process multiple times). We're now in September and this case is still going on. It's been taking months and at least 30-40 follow ups over email and phone from my side to request either a new curling iron or refund (no one was getting back to me and mind you, I also ended up paying for the shipment of the defect curling iron from Dubai to the UK which I also needed a refund on). They finally processed a refund in August 2021 however, not with the full amount (part of the amount was missing for what I paid for the curling iron). I started chasing them again and I've provided bank statement proof for them to see that they've refunded the incorrect amount, but still without any luck. I keep getting strange replies whenever I follow up, replies that are not even relevant to the actual issue that I'm following up on, as if the customer care representatives are not even reading my emails. It's been extremely frustrating and I won't ever purchase anything on BeautyBay again or recommend it to anyone I know.

Avoid. They r selling expired products. I checked one of my skin care products, and the expiry date and it was 3months ago.

Never received my order, was placed over 2 weeks ago and paid for Express delivery. No reply via phone, mail, Twitter or contact form. This is a scam !!

Ordered 2 Eye shadow Palettes at $40.- each, came damaged with eye shadow powder all over me as I opened package. Beauty Bay packed palettes in a flimsy box and wrapped Palettes in paper when it should have been concealed with styrofoam. Of course I want a full refund of my $81.50, so instead of them taking responsibility for how they packaged, and in order for me to get my full refund. I have to pay $63.- to mail back damaged products to there United Kingdom. They need to email a Prepaid Return Label, they are not responding with a prepaid label. Its been weeks. No Refund, Yet.

I haven't bought from them, but I was going to before I read the reviews. Now im going to spend more than twice as much for the same item elsewhere because I know it will actually arrive, and they use Hermes for delivery and Hermes has lost everything I have ever ordered in the past....

The product came well sealed and maintained but but but unfortunately the worst service ever🙄 When courier guy came to drop my products he asked me to pay. When I told him I cleared all the amount he told me this is Vat. What Vat??? I cleared everything through online payment, now whats this vat bruh. Atleast it should be mentioned while checkout. When I tried to communicate through email they told me (( BEAUTY BAY accepts no responsibility for these fees, they will need to be paid by yourself prior to the delivery of your order)) What if I had no money ??

I ordered for about 2 months ago. Never received my products! I sent several emails to customer (no) service. Always the same standard answer,although I gave all information about my order. I asked for a refund. And then, surprisely, the day after I received an email that hermes tried to deliver my haul but nobody was there. I was home all day. And normally a delivery company leaves a paper to say they went by. No paper either. No answer, no products and money gone! I am also in business and if I treated my clients like this, I was already in prison!!! CRIMINAL!!!

Beauty bay were unable to fill my complete order so I cancelled the entire order within 20 mins of purchasing. That same evening my order was despatched, I emailed customer services to enquire why it’s been despatched - THEY BLOCKED ME. Honestly never had this type of poor treatment from a company. Absolutely criminal
