“Cant give lower but if I could I would !!! Got caught twice the same way as everyone else. I have a current claim in for non delivery with Paypal but I maybe should have used the "Not as Described" option.
There are some things that can be done:
No.1 Share your experience on Facebook to prevent other people being caught the same way
No.2 Raise the matter with Facebook advertising about vetting their commercial sellers a little more thoroughly before accepting their money.
No.3 Raise the issue with the trade officials in the Chinese embassy about the disrepute this kind of scum bring to the reputation of Chinese traders who want to build Australian markets.
No.4 Raise this kind of issue constantly with Paypal. They are committed(apparently) to making online transactions safe and need to be constantly aware that this kind of thing is happening. Customers place a lot of credibility in businesses that use PayPal as being supposedly safe.
May not have a large impact but at least you will have tried your best.

“I was a victim of the 'buy a sharpener get a grinding wheel' scam. If you go through Paypal's process and complain that shipping it back would cost more than the item, you can get satisfaction. I will never buy anything of value directly from China again. Photo is what was shipped.”

“I ordered a multifunction electric tool sharpener for $27.99 USD that is over $33CAD. After several dealings with beautybuy, I finally receive a small disk by mail but not the electric multi-function sharpener I ordered. It took them nearly 2months to respond. I called PayPal regarding this scam. PayPal now says that I return this product back to them and I will get my refund. It's an additional expense for me to send this back to China. I don't understand why PayPal didn't note the "SCAM". No matter what, I am going to return it whatever it would cost me and force to refund me. If any one knows a cheaper and safe way to send this back to BeautyBuy0 other than through the post office, please advise. It's time that we ought to stop these scammers.”
