“Bed came with in a week of buying. Delivery guy even carried it round to back door because front was blocked with old one. Mattress is defo 5 out of 5.one can't believe got it so cheap.”

“Problems with delivery, as it was prolonged past the maximum days stated on the website, and nobody from Bedworld told me this. This meant that the delivery had to be subsequently delayed for another few weeks as I was going on holiday. This caused a lot of stress and required a lot of interaction with Bedworld themselves. They did not answer the phone number stated on their website, once I was on hold for over an hour and no one responded. Review as acceptable because the price and product exceptional. Can not fault at all but the overall poor communication and delivery problems would put me off ordering with them again.”

“I was very concerned when I ordered the bed online and then read the bad reviews , but I had no problems at all . I recieved a confirmation email immediately and the bed was delivered in perfect condition in less than a week . I am very pleased with the service and the bed .”

“Really happy with the bed and quality of the mattress, base and fabric. Value for money, only thing is the base comes in 2 parts and it would've been better with a way of fastening these together. Otherwise excellent, delivery good too.”

“We purchased a sleigh bed and on delivery it was advised that instructions were included. No instructions found in packaging and although it was easy to figure out, no screws were provided for assembly and I had to source these myself. Also part of the fabric over one of the studs was loose showing the metal stud beneath, which I will repair with glue. The bed also had a bad smell to the fabric which is slowly getting better as it airs out. No delivery information was provided after purchase and when we asked we were given no information only that it will arrive within 6 days which we were lucky was a day we were home. We also wanted to purchase a superking duvet and the website was showing out of stock, when asking an advisor they said they did not know when they would have these back in stock and to purchase a duvet elsewhere. Overall though I would still rate as good as the cost of the bed was very reasonable and we liked that the delivery was done by their own staff. The bed is built well and is nice and sturdy and feels of a quality construction.”

“Arrived quickly and was easy to assemble, especially as my daughter did it for me! Unfortunately, one of the castors would not fit in. More were quickly sent to me. Base seems to be strong and comfortable. (It is for a small spare room.) Company was easy to deal with, and the transaction was fast and efficient. A good, reliable, English company. I would use again.”

“after accidentally ordering the wrong item I had absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I wasn't able to return the item to exchange it for the right item. I am afraid I have no trust in Bedworld and would not begin to consider either using them again or recommending them. The one saving grace was a delightful girl in Hull or Grimsby who tried to help but couldn't.”
