ordered advent in Sept, had to keep chasing up delivery. Gave as a present and met with recipient yesterday who said there was no beer in no 10 or no 15 i also asked if there was a free tasting kit with it as that was advertised with it worth £20, no this was not with the advent either. For £65 i am VERY disappointed, i saw them for sale in Costco at half the price after i had ordered this, so next year i will not be buying again and i will suggest people avoid. Terrible customer service too.

Items took forever to arrive. I had to contact them on social media since they ignored my emails . Just a very poor company

No confirmation email, waited 3 weeks for delivery, lied to about shipping, very bad experience. There's a lot of competition, won't be using again

How can I write a review when you have cancelled my order due to no stock. You couldn't even offer me an alternative hamper as you have zero stock ... really disappointment as i have always been impressed with your customer service and delivery.

Advent calendar went 'missing' and never arrived. Bottles missing and broken and packaged in another box loose and box was soaked in beer and dumped on my doorstep, UK MAIL courier didn't even bother to knock. Still waiting for a explanation.

Took my order 2weeks to arrive after having to chase the order paid for 5 day working delivery and it took 10 working days I won't be ordering again in a hurry, very disappointed!

From an incredibly late delivery (their communications states approximately 5 days i waited two weeks), to only half my order turning up and now radio silence it's fair to say they've been the absolute shambles from start to finish. If there was an option to give them a 0 star rating I would have.

I never received my order as I had to cancel it due to the amount of time that it was taking to arrive and the complete lack of customer service. Shame really as I would never order from you again.

Ordered a delivery on the 26th November .. still waiting to receive said delivery !!!!! called them on the 15th December to be told that UK Mail have marked it as delivered and signed for by funnily enough my surname... never received the parcel and still waiting for either the beers or the refund. NOT HAPPY AT ALL - AVOID ORDERING

Absolutely shit. Delivery only appeared after I escalated a refund through Paypal. If your going into administration do the world a favour and stop taking peoples money. Now fuck off.

Terrible customer service! Still waiting for my goods which were ordered over2 weeks ago. Apparently UK Post couldn't find my husband's address- a large , iconic office block in City Square , Leeds

My order was received smashed. I reported this by email and did not hear anything for several days. I had to chase this by phone and I was told a replacement would be sent (eventually, initially i was offered only a partial refund). This was over a week ago and still no replacement has been recieved. Terrible customer service. I will not be using this company again.

Good product but awful service. Chose a specific delivery date and booked time off work. Items didn't show up until nearly 2 weeks later after several emails and phone calls.

Where to start as other reviews have said re calendar! Ordered Nov1st payment taken 0n the 2nd had an e mail on the 8th of Nov to say order delayed will be with you by the 19th!! E mail from Beth once I’d asked where the order was? On the22nd! Also spoke to Stuart and he assured me that if I’d not received it by the 24th to tell them. 24th came and went so duly rang and spoke to Beth said it will be with you Sat 26th guess your getting the drift now? 26th came and partially went so I rang and asked again Fiona this time very apologetic, Fiona assures me Mon28th Tues 29 at the latest!!!! Well Mon/ Tues went and as I type this its meant to be delivered to day the 30th!!! One slight snag is its for my Son~in~law who lives 3 hours away that’s why we wanted it by the 19th so we could deliver it and stay over the weekend. So while we wait for it to be delivered the good lady is standing by with the rest of the present and wrapping paper and the apprentice is looking forward to 6hrs plus over time to do our delivery, as we run a automotive repair business, 8 till late There is one consolation Andy has said our account will be honoured with £20 worth of beer tokens only thing is speaking to our local landlord he said he won’t accept them at our local hostelry lol so we’ll see if it arrives today and to see if our account is credited as said!!! Though we won’t be holding our breath.

Absolutely dreadful service this time. I have ordered before from Beerhawk and had no issues at all. This time the delivery was late then lost then short. Getting in touch with Beerhawk either by phone or email was nearly impossible. And when I eventually did no one knew what was going on. Totally in denial of any problem initially but eventually apologetic and Issued a refund. Not sure why the downturn in service maybe they have grown to fast and are unable to keep up with demand. Will think very hard before ordering with them again.

I've had an absolutely awful experience with this company, and found they run a call centre to take your calls that can give you very little information about the status of your order, and promise callbacks that never happen. I ordered my beer on the 25th November, it is now the 14th December and I have nothing - I was last promised it would be delivered yesterday - guess what...nothing. I am now waiting until the end of the week until placing yet another call with them - I am likely to just request a credit card chargeback by then, as I have had it with this company. My advice - use a better company!

Customer service continues to degenerate - it is now at the point of utter farce. Order placed on 25th November for a Xmas present - I have now made contact by phone 12 times - each time being given a different story and various solutions. Finally Stuart noted a problem in the system on Monday 12th December and the fact that the order had been lost in the system - despite overtime being 1. Listed at a composite address I never entered - 2. Listed at the wrong address 3. Listed as being delivered. I was promised Stuart would personally ensure it would be posted on Tuesday 13th December - having checked on the system - it is still listed as being in the Warehouse - I have now rung Customer Services 20 times this afternoon to check - 15 times it simply rung out or aborted after 1 ring and 5 times it is eventually answered by an external 'order line' - who have no access to or knowledge of the system. Beerhawk has a good product - but is rapidly drowning
