“Well worth the extra money to sample draught beer in your home. Restricted to mainly Belgian beers but others available on line. You will not be disappointed.PS and remember to return your Kegs for a £5 credit to your account.”

“My husband was really pleased with his beer advent calendar. I had a few problems with delivery in that the first two times it was delivered some of the bottles were smashed and the calendar ruined. The delivery company were very heavy handed and didn't seem to realise the box had glass in it even though you could tell by the sound it made. Can't fault Beer Hawk though, they arranged for the damaged calendars to be collected and got new ones out to me really quickly. Helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, will definitely be using them again”

“Awesome , very professional service . Well laid out website, which will improve in time . Courier delivery is beyond reproach. Customer Loyalty scheme is pretty good , as they give you beer tokens for reviews ( like this one !),to redeem against purchases at a later date . Beer Tokens for a purchase as well . Good site , and can't see myself going anywhere else if your prices and fair free delivery continue to be as good as present . Keep up the good work .”

“So ordered in September for end of Oct Birthday, was delayed due to stock. Shame it missed the Birthday but messenger responds were so nice. Arrived mid Nov... could tell straight away was damaged, several smashed beers and a very soggy advent calendar :( again customer services once they picked up the query were great and Stu did what he could. Old one sent back (excited by what we had seen!! New one arrived along with a spare! Spare collected fine (good thing I work quite flexibly here as that's 4 times for one purchase. Thanks for the credits online but recommend you find a new supplier for delivery/ collection as I'm pretty sure not much was intact when you got them back!”

“The selection is excellent. Love the beer bullets. No complaints on delivery etc. I would say that your ideas of packaging is pretty poor though. I bought 2 beer bullets which can in a perfectly acceptable box fitting the size of the bullets. I also bought a single bottle of beer which came in a separate box designed for 15 bottles. Unnecessary and pretty poor for the environment. A real shame as everything else was great. Photo attached!”

“Probably the worst online shopping experience I've had. When I first ordered, Beer Hawk sent me 2 items and then after a week said that they couldn't fulfill the final item - after I prompted them, twice! After weeks of not hearing anything they didn't contact me and when I contacted them they barely apologised and simply said I'd have to wait until they receive more supplies. Within that correspondence I asked that Beer Hawk inform me when they have the item back in stock and would be sending it out to me - over 2 months after I ordered my items I noticed that the remaining item was back in stock on their website, they failed to inform me and I, yet again, had to prompt them to send me the final item. Nearly 3 months after my initial purchase I finally received my last item. Shocking communications and customer service all round - I am amazed at their apparent apathy towards customer satisfaction! In over a decade shopping online this is certainly one of thr worst and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!”

“I ordered a mixed German case. Even though all the individual beers were shown as in stock, when the case arrived 40% of the beers were replacements and all replacements were weissbiers which should have accounted for under 10% of the case. In trying to resolve this, I was promised by Louise that a replacement would be sent the next day and the first case collected. This just didn't happen and after a number of phone calls I finally negotiated a partial refund. Not what I call good customer service!!!”

“Ordered some craft beer from Italy that I have never tried before. Great selection of beers from all over the world. Beers arrived well packed and safe. I recommend the company who provide great speedy service really enjoying craft beers from around the world that you can't buy through normal outlets.”

“Pleased to see a great range of beers crossing all styles and tastes. Ordered a mix of old favourites and a few new to me; and was really pleased with my choices. Delivery was incredibly quick and wouldn't hesitate to order again!! Thanks”
