Ordered the GBBF Bottle beer case and some other beers. 1st i received just three beers then had to chase it up for the others received the the GBBF Bottle beer case then two beers on my order did not receive at all.Not overly impressed.

Terrible customer service! Still waiting for my goods which were ordered over2 weeks ago. Apparently UK Post couldn't find my husband's address- a large , iconic office block in City Square , Leeds

My order was received smashed. I reported this by email and did not hear anything for several days. I had to chase this by phone and I was told a replacement would be sent (eventually, initially i was offered only a partial refund). This was over a week ago and still no replacement has been recieved. Terrible customer service. I will not be using this company again.

Never received the order. No communication from Beer Hawk. Misleading (lies?) communication from UK Mail. Slow to receive refund.

This was my second order with Beer Hawk which in itself speaks volumes. Many suppliers never see repeat business from me because of poor customer service. This is not the case with Beer Hawk. I am very happy with the level of customer care and service I have received so far. I will be using them in the future and would recommend friends and family do the same.

Good product but awful service. Chose a specific delivery date and booked time off work. Items didn't show up until nearly 2 weeks later after several emails and phone calls.

Ordered the beer advent calendar and taster box. Taster box not delivered first time but promptly dealt with and sent out. Can't fault service and quick response times.

I haven't tried the beers yet so can't comment but ordering was easy and delivery speedy. Packaging was robust. I have been very happy with the process so far and look forward with pleasure to trying the ???? beers.

Beer Hawk took longer than expected delivery a present I had bought my boyfriend however my boyfriend did not mind getting his Perfect draft beer dispenser late as he loves it. Beer hawk offer a great selection of beers however we would love it more if there were more 6litre keg varieties available.

I rate the customer service and products highly. I use the draught 6L kegs and it's of the highest quality. My only mark down is the product range on the draught being mostly Leff when other more popular brands are available on the market. If Beer Hawk improve this option, I'd likely give an 8 or 9 with 5 stars.

My biggest complaint is the ludicrous amount of packaging used to deliver my order. The main item - 15 prize winning bottles of beer- was fine. However, the rest of the order came separately. Itself annoying as I had to make delivery available on three occasions. Another two enormous boxes with one or two items in them. One size fits all is clearly the policy whether you order one or fifteen items, with no consideration for the environment or waste of energy and resources. The sort of thing that makes me value the High Street except of course, this item would be difficult to source there. If the company could resolve this issue I might use them again. They would need to advertise the fact though.

Ordered the Christmas Advent Calendar as an early present and the recipient has been delighted with the variety of beers it contains. The ordering process was very straight forward and I was kept informed of the delivery schedule as well

Where to start as other reviews have said re calendar! Ordered Nov1st payment taken 0n the 2nd had an e mail on the 8th of Nov to say order delayed will be with you by the 19th!! E mail from Beth once I’d asked where the order was? On the22nd! Also spoke to Stuart and he assured me that if I’d not received it by the 24th to tell them. 24th came and went so duly rang and spoke to Beth said it will be with you Sat 26th guess your getting the drift now? 26th came and partially went so I rang and asked again Fiona this time very apologetic, Fiona assures me Mon28th Tues 29 at the latest!!!! Well Mon/ Tues went and as I type this its meant to be delivered to day the 30th!!! One slight snag is its for my Son~in~law who lives 3 hours away that’s why we wanted it by the 19th so we could deliver it and stay over the weekend. So while we wait for it to be delivered the good lady is standing by with the rest of the present and wrapping paper and the apprentice is looking forward to 6hrs plus over time to do our delivery, as we run a automotive repair business, 8 till late There is one consolation Andy has said our account will be honoured with £20 worth of beer tokens only thing is speaking to our local landlord he said he won’t accept them at our local hostelry lol so we’ll see if it arrives today and to see if our account is credited as said!!! Though we won’t be holding our breath.

Product is excellent. Great look, taste, variety, idea.. Would 100% recommend it. But could not recommend getting it as the delivery was so awful. I ordered 2 as gifts several weeks before the beginning of advent. I finally, after calls, got one 2 days prior to advent, and the 2nd 2 days after advent had started. Both were far too late to give as presents. I had encouraged a friend to order one and she too had very late service and I was embarrassed to have recommended it. Great product, awful service.

My husbands advent calendar arrived with a bottle having clearly been bust. After sending a picture and quick email to Beer Hawk, they overnighted another straight away with no questions asked. With sending bottles obviously these things can happen, but the immediate response was very appreciated!

I have only ordered a few items from Beer Hawk, but they have always arrived on time, packaging and contents in good order. I would certainly recommend them
