My only concern is the length of time it takes orders to arrive.

“Great reminder of serving sizes! The meals are not pretty but they achieve their purpose of providing simple meals full of goodness. I’ve not been hungry and the protein balls are great between meals. Especially like the egg based breakfasts. I did unfortunately find a small chicken bone in one of my meals. Having only one delivery day per week means I won’t have any bff meals this week because I missed the cut off time.”
“Food is not bad for low cal, high protein, low carb food. Some consistencies look a bit strange but overall the food fills me up which is great. Soups are delicious.”

The issue I have is with the food selection. So many curries and they are all so spicy. Why do they have to be so spicy even the satay chicken is hot.”
“On the 14 day metabolic reset programme . Followed it to the tee as difficult as it was. Lost 2.5kgs so far & just 2 days left of the programme so Im not hitting the 5kgs that I hoped to reading your website. Bit dissappointing as it costs a lot plus its a lot fo sacrifice not putting anything else in yr mouth except Befit meals.. on a positive note meals were filling tasty & taught me portion control..”

“The food is pretty good. I had a gastric sleeve 4 weeks ago and have been using the dinners for nights when I don't want to eat what I've made the kids. One meal lasts me 2 or 3 dinners atm. I just make sure I add more protein on day 2 and 3.”
“Great for people who are too busy to meal prep. The portions are small and the first few days are a little tough. Once you get past the sugar craving the weight comes off quickly. Down 3kg in 5 days.”
“Most of the dishes taste great but be careful if you're on KETO. It is confusing as you might think you are ordering for a Keto program but most of the dishes have a very high carb count and some have a high sugar count. The calories might be low but the carb/sugar count might kick you out of keto. So choose carefully. Other than that, nice food, friendly courteous staff, what's not to like?”
“I did 2 weeks on the Be Rapid program. Pretty small portions but tasty. If you’re used to a lot of salt/sugar in your diet, this will be an adjustment.
I didn’t weigh myself, but after 2 weeks my waist is noticeably smaller and I’m much less interested in junk food.
I used these 2 weeks as a kickstarter to lose a larger amount of weight, so I feel like I’m off to a good start.”

I love the Granola but I don’t think much of the porridge’s & I normally love porridge. I don’t find the dinners as nice as the ones from Jenny Craig or Lite n easy. I’d like a few more dinner choices”
