“I purchased a pair of Bella Belle shoes for my wedding thinking that they were going to be very comfortable for my special. From the reviews that i read,the shoes were supposed to be,but they were not. The bottom of the shoe seemed to have wasted from only wearing them a couple of hours. I contacted customer service and all they told me was that i had to remove the plastic film from the bottom,which i told them i did,and they never responded back. Its a shame that a $355 pair of shoes got like that. The shoes are beautiful,but i dont think the quality is good.”

Hi Ileana, thank you so much for taking your time to leave us a review. We are so sorry to hear you are not completely happy with your purchase. The bottom of our shoes are made with ivory genuine leather, which is a natural material. Just like with any shoes made with natural leather, they will get scuffed and have pockmarks as soon as you wear them. Once you wear them more, the leather will smooth out.

“I ordered these shoes for my daughter for her wedding. They are perhaps the prettiest shoes I have ever seen and she says they are very comfortable. Gorgeous retro style with t-straps and lower heels for dancing. Couldn’t be happier.”

“I purchased these shoes for my wedding under the impression that they would be comfortable. Unfortunately they proved to be the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve yet to wear. They were so bad that both of my feet bled.”

Hi Suzanne, thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear you are not happy with the fit of the shoes. Everyone's foot is very different, and the comfort really depends on the shoe cutting and the shape of your foot. We always recommend breaking in shoes beforehand, so that the shoes can mold to the shape of your feet. If some areas of your feet are prone to blisters, you may want to use friction balm or moleskin to protect skin that is easily irritated.

Hi Denise, We are so sorry to hear you are not completely happy with your purchase. We are not sure what you meant by 'falling apart'. If you meant there were pockmarks all over the shoes, that is a normal wear. The bottom of our shoes are made with genuine leather, which is a natural material. Just like with any shoes made with natural leather in very light color. They will get scuffed and have pockmarks as soon as you wear them. Once you wear them more, the leather will smooth out naturally. They don't affect the wearability of the shoes, as they are normal cosmetic wear. Thank you.

“Worth every penny if you're looking for a reliable shoe to carry you through 9 hours of grassy fields, gravel roads, hillsides, wedding vows, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing and drinks. After all that, my shoes show minimal wear. So not only are they comfortable and cute, but I expect them to withstand heavy use over time. My only advice in regards to these shoes is to remember to dance with your entire foot... I mistakenly started to dance on my toes to avoid stepping on a loose part of my dress. It would've been an easy fix to rebutton the piece that slipped off, but hindsight is 20/20. I say this because around the 8 hour mark my toes started hurting... BUT that is my fault for dancing over an hour on my toes instead of the balls of my feet or entire foot. For brides who aren't accustomed to heels, here's some general advice about dress shoes: only take off your shoes when you're done wearing them because if your feet start to swell, it's no fun trying to stuff them back into heels. That knowledge is what inspired me to invest in these shoes. I didn't feel the need to take off my shoes until the 8 hour mark. Pictures taken by Hunter and Sarah Photography”

“Bella Belle is not only an amazing brand of shoes but also an amazing crew of people! My wedding shoes were unfortunately damaged in our suitcase on the way back from our trip when a bottle of wine broke and destroyed them. My dear husband tried everything in his power to save them but with no avail. He contacted these lovely people and they did everything in their power to try and help him save them as well. When all attempts failed, they allowed him to exchange the damaged shoes. Now I have my wedding shoes back and perfect condition just the way I wore them on our wedding! Thank you so much for everything from the bottom of my heart!”

“I bought the Fabiola heels for my wedding and absolutely loved them! They are so beautiful but still classic and SO comfortable. I am not a normal heel wearer but I was on my feet for 12+ hours on my wedding day and never once felt the need to take off my heels.. I also loved that they weren't overly "wedding-y" so I would be able to rewear them. I got so many compliments and am so happy I chose Belle Belles!”

“Shoes are pretty but not made for wide feet. Wore my shoes to the church but thankfully had another pair for my reception. The material front barely covered my toes and dug into the sides of my bones. These are made for narrow dainty feet.”

“I really loved how beautiful my Bella Bella shoes were on my wedding day! I received lots of compliments on them. My feet were definitely tired at the end of the night, but I don’t normally wear heels and I danced all night! Overall, I highly recommend Bella Bella shoes!”
