“We found a good range of beds in store and received excellent customer service with the manager being both friendly and informative. The bed frame we bought looks fab and the mattress feels great. The reason we decided on this particular mattress was because it won the Which magazine award in December. Both items were delivered on time and in perfect condition. We put the frame together in about an hour and it was pretty straight forward. Only had the bed and frame for about a week now and my teenage son loves it.”

“Hi all, I went into Bensons for Beds in Enfield on Wednesday. I was greeted by a sales advisor named Clinton. He was polite, informative and was so helpful in finding me the right mattress as I suffer from back pain. He spent so much time and care in what was suitable for me and my needs and we managed to get down to two which were my favourites. I have been to two other showrooms, one being Dreams (they were okay) and the Bensons for Beds in Beckton (I walked in, looked around for about 15 mins and no-one even approached me there, so I walked out). I felt I had to write this review as I have never had a sales advisor so helpful, attentive and who also has the knowledge about the products. Thank you so much for all your time and help Clinton, you deserve a promotion as you went above and beyond to look after me. "Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year"”

“Ordered 3 mattresses for a new home but discovered we had over estimated room sizes and one of the doubles could not be accommodated. Bensons happily arranged to replace with a smaller size and deliver and collect the larger one. This was done easily by phone and e-mail without difficulty.”

“""Ordered Bed from start to finish excellent service , text 2 days before delivery to give time slot and then day of delivery phonecall to inform 15 mins away (6.15 am ) Luckily I was up due to work . Drivers very courteous delivered item to bedroom .Excellent product easy to set up and very sturdy Brilliant Thank you”

“""I visited the Imperial Park, Bristol store and was served by Wendy. I was buying a bed for my Dad who was in hospital. Wendy was amazing, she gave me advice on the type of bed based on Dads age, size and health. When I mentioned that he may not be discharged from hospital she told me that I would not pay a cancellation fee if I had to cancel the order. Dad was discharged but because of his condition was given a hospital bed at home. As promised Bensons refunded the full cost. I cannot thank Wendy enough. It is so rare these days to find this level of customer service.”

“I would like to express my sincere thanks to you for the dealings I have had with you over a very traumatic period.My wife was in hospital having had a leg amputated and in preparing for her to come home I was advised I needed an adjustable bed.I met with Andy at Bensons Cardiff store and he was extremely efficient and understanding about the specific requirements Delivery was arranged at a precise time so as not to interfere with my hospital visits.This process went like clockwork.However before my wife could come home her condition had deteriorated and she required a hoist to get in and out of bed.This necessitated a bed with sufficient space underneath to accommodate the hoist.The bed we had did not meet thse new requirements.The company agreed to take the bed back free of charge.This was again done efficiently.I am not a person who is easily pleased but I still found your service excellent-perhaps magnificent would be a better word. “A pleasant lady member of staff, Carol, greeted us warmly and was most helpful in pointing us in the direction of a comfortable- if expensive - mattress. We were given plenty of time to look around the store - without feeling pressured. We returned the following day and decided to purchase one which will be delivered in four weeks - hopefully.”
